去年我也申請(qǐng)了各家銀行,相比之下今年的渣打要比去年火的多,原因在于新的網(wǎng)申方案讓更多人有機(jī)會(huì)走的更遠(yuǎn),試想那些有實(shí)力拿很多面試的人,或許在第一輪被性格測(cè)試淘汰了,那些很難拿到面試的人,渣打給了我們機(jī)會(huì)走到面試環(huán)節(jié)。

如果你一不小心過(guò)了,你就是那1/4性格特異的人,哈哈。我大概給個(gè)hint,因?yàn)槲也恢涝趺礃硬虐^(guò),過(guò)的人一定是注重合作的,但又不能太依賴(lài)別人,這兩點(diǎn)把握好尺度就離過(guò)不遠(yuǎn)了。
Num測(cè)試有新題啊,我一路順風(fēng)做到最后突然發(fā)現(xiàn)新題來(lái)了,手忙腳亂去找紙筆有沒(méi)有。我遇到的樣題叫:Employee performance ratings. 大家對(duì)這去找以前的試題吧。 Logic貌似很簡(jiǎn)單的樣子,但最后幾組會(huì)偶爾突然加難度,做好心理準(zhǔn)備,會(huì)來(lái)不及做的。
最后到了錄像面(video interview)的環(huán)節(jié)了,回放一下前幾個(gè)帖子的總結(jié),向他們致敬。
