三、調(diào)查報告的感受：
通過在中通物流公司的參觀以及工作人員的介紹和講解之后，我對物流有了更進一步的認(rèn)識，“物流”的輪廓也越來越為清晰。具體的我從四個方面來闡述我的想法與感受。
1. 環(huán)保
在這次企業(yè)參觀過程中，無論是龍星物流企業(yè)中的木質(zhì)熏蒸還是在鎮(zhèn)海港埠中煉化乙烯的封閉式運送，或者是波達倉儲的中華紙業(yè)的環(huán)保標(biāo)志，均與綠色環(huán)保有關(guān)。
木材是屬于特殊貨物一類，由于其易發(fā)霉、長菌的特性，在銷售前必須進行熏蒸處理。美國、加拿大、英國等國家先后頒布法令，對于中國的木質(zhì)木材包裝必須進行熱處理、
熏蒸和防腐等處理，否則一律退回。與其相關(guān)的紙業(yè)也是一樣，在波達倉儲中，運往美國、加拿大的紙必須符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并且要注有環(huán)保標(biāo)志，否則也將被拒收。
乙烯在運送過程中肯定會對環(huán)境產(chǎn)生不利的影響，所以鎮(zhèn)海港埠采用封閉式的運送，由此我們便可以與一個概念相聯(lián)系，那就是綠色物流�，F(xiàn)在的物流發(fā)展過程中，綠色物流越來越為人們所強調(diào)。作為第三方利潤源的物流行業(yè)，如何堆碼如何選擇路線而使物流成本最低已經(jīng)不是我們要考慮的唯一的一個問題了，綠色環(huán)保問題也將被納入其中。
2. 物流相關(guān)技術(shù)
這里所提到的物流相關(guān)技術(shù)是指作一些相關(guān)物流工作所應(yīng)具有的技術(shù)經(jīng)驗。比如，在龍星物流企業(yè)的倉庫中，采用的是貨架式的堆放方式，這種方式不僅有利于貨物保護，也能最大限度的利用空間以達到節(jié)省儲存成本的目的。這種方式需要用到的物流工具就是叉車。叉車的操作非常簡單，但是真正的在實際過程中的卻又是需要長時間的訓(xùn)練的。一切的物流活動都要以降低成本為宗旨，所以在堆碼或者是取貨過程中怎樣的路線最優(yōu)，怎樣才能節(jié)省時間都是需要經(jīng)驗的累積的，并且貨物利用叉車進行堆碼或者是取貨都是非常精細的活。就波達倉儲中中華紙業(yè)而言，其相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，若要應(yīng)聘此崗位，至少需要三年的經(jīng)驗，他們才會考慮。在大榭碼頭，一些像岸吊之類的大型機械也是需要實際的操作經(jīng)驗的。所以說，現(xiàn)實中的物流的運用是要靠多年的經(jīng)驗積累的，不是短時間內(nèi)就可以學(xué)會的。
3. 物流信息化
根據(jù)壽建敏教授的介紹，由傳統(tǒng)物流向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)變的兩大支柱，一個是集裝箱的運輸，另一個就是信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展了。1980’s信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展對物流產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。在當(dāng)今社會，隨著科技技術(shù)的發(fā)展，信息化技術(shù)越來越顯示其優(yōu)越性。在我們參觀的物流實驗室中，它模擬的是自動立體化倉庫，采用了按訂單取貨的摘取式以及視頻識別技術(shù)等，在波達倉儲中，其貨物的庫存盤點等均是采用信息化的管理模式。信息化的`操作不僅使物流的一些工作更加準(zhǔn)確、方便、快捷，也大大減少了一些不必要的成本，而整個物流結(jié)構(gòu)更加優(yōu)化，物流過程更加便捷，因此創(chuàng)造出更多的利潤。
4. 就業(yè)問題
在壽建敏教授的講座中，他提到了現(xiàn)階段的就業(yè)問題，并且壽教授還根據(jù)臺灣的一個調(diào)查研究得到的數(shù)據(jù)對就業(yè)問題進行深入的分析。其中一些求職成功的人員將其成功的原因主要歸結(jié)為主動積極的態(tài)度，而失敗的人員則是將其失敗的原因主要歸結(jié)為缺乏相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗。其中求職失敗的人當(dāng)中有66.7%的繼續(xù)找工作，而25%則是決定參加相關(guān)的證照考試或是公務(wù)員考試。壽教授認(rèn)為現(xiàn)在的專業(yè)證照化、國際化、全球化，并且提出“專業(yè)不只是技術(shù)，也是一種態(tài)度”的觀點。在求職過程中，他認(rèn)為一個人的基礎(chǔ)能力，文字表達能力，溝通能力以及邏輯思考能力都是很重要的。就我們物流專業(yè)今后將來的就業(yè)問題，在我看來，我認(rèn)為還是很有前景的。物流是一個很大范圍的概念，它囊括很多很多東西。我們可以從很多細節(jié)入手，來創(chuàng)造第三方利潤源中的第三方利潤。所以，為了今后步入社會，有一個良好的就業(yè)條件，我們從現(xiàn)在開始就應(yīng)該不斷的給自己補充能量，像是英語口語的訓(xùn)練，綜合知識的掌握等等。未來總會有我們的位置，只要我們時刻準(zhǔn)備著。

“xx年全國重點企業(yè)物流統(tǒng)計調(diào)查暨被調(diào)查企業(yè)主營業(yè)務(wù)收入列前50位物流企業(yè)”在北京’2008中外物流企業(yè)國際合作高峰論壇發(fā)布。中國物流與采購聯(lián)合會副會長戴定一，中國物流與采購聯(lián)合會副會長、中國物流信息中心主任蔡進等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到會并發(fā)表講話。
蔡進副會長在會上代表國家發(fā)展改革委、國家統(tǒng)計局和中國物流與采購聯(lián)合會發(fā)布了《xx年全國重點企業(yè)物流統(tǒng)計調(diào)查報告》暨xx年被調(diào)查企業(yè)主營業(yè)務(wù)收入列前50位物流企業(yè)名單。
蔡進副會長介紹說，根據(jù)國家發(fā)展改革委《關(guān)于組織實施社會物流統(tǒng)計核算與報表制度的通知》(發(fā)改運行[2006]625號)文件要求，xx年3月至xx年12月，國家發(fā)展改革委、國家統(tǒng)計局和中國物流與采購聯(lián)合會對2006年全國重點工業(yè)、流通業(yè)的企業(yè)物流狀況和物流企業(yè)的經(jīng)營情況進行了統(tǒng)計調(diào)查。本次調(diào)查共收到有效報表9206份，報表有效率為66.8%。調(diào)查的工業(yè)和流通業(yè)企業(yè)匯總數(shù)據(jù)顯示，物流業(yè)務(wù)需求快速增長，物流費用規(guī)模繼續(xù)擴大，物流費用率小幅下降。調(diào)查的物流企業(yè)匯總數(shù)據(jù)顯示，物流業(yè)務(wù)量上升較快，特別是物流增值服務(wù)收入增長突出，綜合型物流企業(yè)收入增長明顯快于倉儲型、運輸型物流企業(yè)。與此同時，物流業(yè)務(wù)成本也呈現(xiàn)出較快增長。

四、總結(jié)：
從調(diào)查結(jié)果可以看出，寧波物流企業(yè)大都進行貨運代辦,貨物聯(lián)托運,信息配載,貨物配載,現(xiàn)代化程度不高,配套設(shè)施不完善,功能單一.其實，我認(rèn)為將所有的物流過程歸結(jié)起來，就是為了最大程度的降低成本，增加利潤。除了現(xiàn)階段我們所采用的一些方法之外，我認(rèn)為應(yīng)該還有其他的需要靠我們的探求。但是這是一個過程，需要我們的共同努力，在不斷的實驗和實踐中尋找利第三方利潤源中的利潤。
