　　附：求職信之注意事項

　　(1)實事求是，恰如其分地介紹自己的能力和特長，既不吹噓自己，又不貶低自己。

　　(2)重點突出，有條理，有針對性，篇幅以2―3頁，1500字以內(nèi)為好。過長，使人厭煩;過短，顯得不嚴(yán)肅、不認(rèn)真，給人留下印象不深。

　　(3)文筆要流暢，表達(dá)要準(zhǔn)確，字跡要工整、漂亮。這實際上是首次考試，如果你寫得一手好字，就要認(rèn)真地寫，并在署名后注明“親筆敬上”等字樣;如果你的字寫得不好，你最好打印或請人代寫，盡管這樣做效果不好，但總比歪歪扭扭、難以認(rèn)識的“天書”要好。

　　(4)精心選擇照片，以便招聘單位目測。無論是免冠半身照，還是全身照，都要近期的，圖象要清晰、柔美，不失真，可事先請親朋好友參謀一下，選自己最好的照片寄去。

　　(5)學(xué)會用多種文字書寫求職信。比如中、英文對照，或中、日文對照等，這既表明你的外語能力，又表示你對招聘單位的尊重。

　　(6)書寫時最好使用鋼筆、毛筆，圓珠筆也可以，但不能使用紅筆和鉛筆。因為，在國外紅筆書寫表示絕交，鉛筆書寫表示對人不尊重。書寫完結(jié)后，最好仔細(xì)檢查幾遍，確認(rèn)沒有錯別字和重漏字。

　　(7)信紙和信封，一定要選擇較好的來使用，不要用太薄、太黃、粗糙的信紙和信封，在信封正面，最好貼上一張精美的郵票，以引起對方的注意。
