姍姍和娟娟是一對(duì)孿生姐妹，在黑龍江讀完大學(xué)后就來(lái)大連闖蕩，但一直不順利。昨天，她們特意來(lái)到大連人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)服務(wù)中心，找一個(gè)看不見(jiàn)的“考官”，以對(duì)她們的能力和素質(zhì)做出綜合的評(píng)價(jià)。測(cè)評(píng)結(jié)果顯示，姐妹倆的智商很高，有一定的決策能力，但性格比較內(nèi)向。旁邊的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)人員根據(jù)這位“考官”的評(píng)價(jià)給予建議，試試文員、秘書(shū)等工作，還可以嘗試做超市的收銀員，在實(shí)踐中增長(zhǎng)才干。姍姍告訴記者，這個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)可成為認(rèn)識(shí)我們自己的參考，今后在與人溝通上多下點(diǎn)工夫。
這個(gè)看不見(jiàn)的“考官”就是職業(yè)素質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)電腦測(cè)試系統(tǒng)，每位測(cè)試者通常要在70分鐘內(nèi)回答300 400道題目，“考官”通過(guò)這幾百道考題對(duì)測(cè)試者的智商、能力、性格與職業(yè)傾向4個(gè)方面給予綜合的測(cè)評(píng)。有些題目設(shè)計(jì)得很“可笑”，但這正是為了防止測(cè)試者對(duì)電腦“說(shuō)謊”，考察測(cè)試者對(duì)一件事兒的態(tài)度是否始終如一。應(yīng)該說(shuō)，這個(gè)“考官”給出的結(jié)果比較公正，它使人們進(jìn)一步看清自己，對(duì)一些測(cè)評(píng)者給出的評(píng)語(yǔ)也相當(dāng)不客氣。
在職場(chǎng)上，看不見(jiàn)的“考官”對(duì)供需雙方都有幫助。求職者可以參考“考官”的建議清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)自己，修正自己就業(yè)定位，并取長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短，通過(guò)培訓(xùn)等方式全方位提升自己。對(duì)用人單位而言，則可根據(jù)個(gè)人的智商、情商和性格安排合適的崗位，并可有針對(duì)性地安排培訓(xùn)，挖掘其潛能。
但就目前而言，看不見(jiàn)的“考官”在職場(chǎng)上發(fā)言權(quán)還不大。大連人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)服務(wù)中心職業(yè)指導(dǎo)部部長(zhǎng)高宏滿告訴記者，目前該中心一年接待的測(cè)評(píng)者約400 500人，大部分是高校畢業(yè)生，其他的求職者還比較少，而固定的企業(yè)用戶也寥寥無(wú)幾。在開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)勞動(dòng)人事局人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)服務(wù)中心，人才測(cè)評(píng)部部長(zhǎng)張紅軍介紹，這里的測(cè)評(píng)者要多一些，但也以高校畢業(yè)生為主，企業(yè)用戶大多集中在外資企業(yè)，還有就是學(xué)校和事業(yè)單位了。高宏滿認(rèn)為，許多求職者雖然年齡不小，但還談不上真正認(rèn)識(shí)自己，期望值過(guò)高導(dǎo)致心理落差大，因此在應(yīng)聘前應(yīng)該做一個(gè)測(cè)評(píng)，找準(zhǔn)自己的定位。而企業(yè)雖不否認(rèn)職業(yè)素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)的作用，但舍不得掏錢，固守傳統(tǒng)考核方式的現(xiàn)象還比較普遍，其實(shí)用人失誤付出的成本往往要更大。
