　　求職信是打開求職大門的“金鑰匙”。10日，在此間召開的中國(guó)就業(yè)市長(zhǎng)論壇上，勞動(dòng)和社會(huì)保障部提醒廣大求職者，寫好求職信要做到“三忌”“三要”和“三突出”。

　　所謂“三忌”，即一忌高枕無憂，以為自己有技術(shù)、有經(jīng)驗(yàn)、有文憑，就擁有了求職成功的全部資本，過分地堅(jiān)信自己“天生我才必有用”，而在求職信中流露出盲目自信，甚至提出過分要求;二忌洋洋萬言，述說自己對(duì)幾乎所有職業(yè)都有能力和興趣，一副“包打天下”架勢(shì);三忌主題不明，事無巨細(xì)，寫成一份流水式學(xué)習(xí)工作總結(jié)。

　　所謂“三要”，即一要精心構(gòu)思，著力于表達(dá)或暗示自己聰明才智、適應(yīng)能力、工作態(tài)度和發(fā)展?jié)摿?二要情有獨(dú)鐘，展現(xiàn)出自己對(duì)應(yīng)聘單位及擬從事崗位有著濃厚興趣，寫作中可適當(dāng)?shù)赜靡恍┍硎厩閼B(tài)的言詞;三要新穎獨(dú)特，在形式和內(nèi)容上都要爭(zhēng)取一些沖擊力或震撼力，突出重點(diǎn)兼及一般。

　　所謂“三突出”，即突出自己的“名、優(yōu)、特”，并且與所求崗位直接相關(guān)。一是突出名氣，你在同行中或是周圍人群里名氣如何，曾取得過什么成績(jī)，受過什么獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，別人的評(píng)價(jià)如何等;二是突出優(yōu)點(diǎn)、長(zhǎng)處，特別是那些你所具有而別人沒有的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和長(zhǎng)處，比如用人單位正好需要的技術(shù)特長(zhǎng)、知識(shí)水平和其他本領(lǐng);三是突出特殊技術(shù)和能力，能解決別人不能解決的困難，設(shè)計(jì)和策劃出別人不能想出來的技術(shù)和辦法。
