撰寫簡歷,沒有千篇一律的規(guī)律,求職者可根據(jù)自己的求職目標(biāo)、招聘單位的條件和要求以及自己的強(qiáng)項和弱項等不同情況,注意有的放矢,展現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢,同時兼顧簡潔扼要,合體適用等幾個問題。在編寫時,同樣要注意一些事項:
1、簡歷應(yīng)包括的基本內(nèi)容:
求職者應(yīng)注意簡歷設(shè)計的內(nèi)容,以方便招聘單位對應(yīng)聘者有一個大概的了解;緛碚f,求職簡歷應(yīng)包括以下信息內(nèi)容:姓名、性別、出生年月、專業(yè)、學(xué)歷層次、主修課程、輔修課程、職業(yè)技能、社會實踐經(jīng)歷、校內(nèi)職務(wù)、專業(yè)特長、性格特點、興趣愛好、供職意向、薪酬期望、聯(lián)系方式等。
2、從對方的角度考慮問題:
求職者撰寫簡歷的目的,就是讓你潛在的雇主或招聘單位了解你,進(jìn)而聘用你。因此,作為一名求職應(yīng)征者,應(yīng)從自己的興趣志向轉(zhuǎn)向到你未來雇主或招聘單位的立場需求上,以你的長處來迎合、滿足你未來雇主或招聘單位的需要,使他們看到你對他們的價值,即“能為他們做什么?”這就要求在撰寫簡歷時,應(yīng)針對對方的要求,而不是向他傳遞你的興趣去向,即將從學(xué)校畢業(yè)的大學(xué)生尤其要注意這一點。
3、文字簡明 主題突出 :
求職者在撰寫簡歷時,切記要重點突出地編寫與所申請職位相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗與技能。對于應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生而言,由于沒有工作經(jīng)驗,簡歷的重點應(yīng)放在學(xué)習(xí)成績,以及參加過的課外活動、實習(xí)經(jīng)歷上。如打算應(yīng)征文秘類工作,則要突出與該類工作相關(guān)的所學(xué)課程、專業(yè)技能以及強(qiáng)調(diào)能勝任該類工作的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗。
4、措辭得體 適度表意
簡歷屬于應(yīng)用文體,措辭表意有習(xí)慣要求,行文時不應(yīng)違背這些要求,而應(yīng)力求得體適度。
簡歷用詞應(yīng)盡可能精練,應(yīng)盡可能使用短語表意。以使簡歷短小精悍,通俗易懂。
行文要讓事實說話,避免使用抽象、空洞的措辭,應(yīng)以客觀的態(tài)度、具體的事實以及準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)說話,使閱讀者不僅了解每句話的字面含義,而且能悟出言外之意,進(jìn)而了解求職者所取得的成就及獲得成就的能力與專長。
行文應(yīng)排除那些帶有強(qiáng)烈色彩的修飾語,帶有個人看法的字眼及強(qiáng)調(diào)語,而選用具體、明確的動詞性短語、名詞性短語和形容詞短語。用具體明確的細(xì)節(jié)表述實情,可使求職者顯得平實、謙虛和自信。行文時既不要用第三人稱,也不要用第一人稱,最好是省略主語,或使主語隱含于句子之中,使用主語隱化的句子可以避免自夸之嫌,使句子顯得活潑,輕快。
5、格式恰當(dāng) 篇幅適宜
求職者要根據(jù)自身情況,選擇最能體現(xiàn)自身優(yōu)勢,最適合自己各方面任職資格的簡歷格式。
編寫簡歷時,要根據(jù)寄送簡歷的目的,結(jié)合對方的要求,精心篩選和編排有關(guān)素材。凡與寄送該簡歷目的無關(guān)者,與對方的要求無聯(lián)系者,一律刪除;凡有關(guān)和有聯(lián)系者,要分清主次,去粗取精;行文時要字斟句酌,惜墨如金,使整個簡歷的篇幅精簡,濃縮,達(dá)到適宜的程度。
6、精心編排打印
簡歷的好壞,關(guān)鍵在于這份簡歷給人的印象如何,因此,還必須對寫好的簡歷進(jìn)行必要的加工,對它進(jìn)行編排打印。
簡歷的排版打印要精心設(shè)計,四周必須留出足夠的空白,顯得空間美。每行之間要有一定的空間便于人們閱讀。
各項目的名稱應(yīng)使用較粗一些、較大一些的字體與字號,以便同正文有所區(qū)別。切忌簡歷中出現(xiàn)跳字、文字高低不平、用改正液涂改正的痕跡。千萬不能把多次復(fù)印模糊不清的簡歷四處發(fā)放,容易給人造成“求職專業(yè)戶”的印象。最后,簡歷初稿完成后,請老師或同學(xué)提供改進(jìn)意見和建議,然后定稿,校對無誤后復(fù)印一二十份以供應(yīng)用。
