In reference to your advertisement in the newspaper of for a playground director,I believe that I have the qualifications to fit your position.
I hold a degree in Physical Education from the University of South Dakota. Along with my physical education courses, I also selected many courses in psychology and child managedirector in several suburban areas surrounding the university. In the summer of 1983, I was an assistant in charge of organized sports for younger boys in Walton, south Dakota. The year after that, I was placed in charge of a large summer program for under privileged children in the large city of Millon, South Dakota.My supervisor during this time was William Johnson. He has consented to act as a reference for me.
My additional experience includes working as a City Park Recreation Director in Rockford, South Dakota for the years of 1985 to the present time. In this position I am responsible for the programs in all the city park, including all organized recreation and night-time sports.

雞年才市剛剛開局就呈現(xiàn)火爆場(chǎng)面,而記者前天在熙熙攘攘的人才大集里發(fā)現(xiàn)了新變化:很多畢業(yè)生遞給用人單位的應(yīng)聘簡(jiǎn)歷不復(fù)以往的花哨繁雜,只有薄薄幾張復(fù)印紙,有的甚至只有一張貼著照片的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介,除了基本信息外,只用寥寥數(shù)語(yǔ)介紹了自己的經(jīng)歷、實(shí)績(jī)、能力等,用一位招聘者的話說(shuō)就是“清清爽爽,讓人眼前一亮”。
在記者記憶中,從上世紀(jì)九十年代中期開始,應(yīng)聘簡(jiǎn)歷豪華之風(fēng)日漸,有人在簡(jiǎn)歷上羅列了從小學(xué)開始所獲得的各種獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)、職位,裝訂成厚厚一本“自傳書”;有人花上千元請(qǐng)專業(yè)公司包裝簡(jiǎn)歷,附上精美圖畫和藝術(shù)照片;甚至有人專門請(qǐng)電腦高手為自己設(shè)計(jì)Flash動(dòng)畫電子簡(jiǎn)歷,還“秀”出漫畫形象。南京一家防毒公司老總曾對(duì)記者開玩笑地說(shuō),自己前不久招聘工程師,收來(lái)的簡(jiǎn)歷夾帶著十多張光盤,可以開個(gè)動(dòng)畫展了。
實(shí)際上,這些豪華簡(jiǎn)歷不但大大增加了畢業(yè)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)和精神負(fù)擔(dān),也使用人單位大為頭疼,起不到吸引“眼球”的作用,有時(shí)還會(huì)起反效果。南通一家肉制品企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)記者說(shuō),自己是苦孩子出身,看到這些精美簡(jiǎn)歷總有一種浮而不實(shí)、金玉其外的感覺,數(shù)百元制作費(fèi)是一般學(xué)生兩個(gè)月的生活費(fèi),如果還是跟父母要的錢那就更不應(yīng)該了,企業(yè)要這樣浮躁浪費(fèi)、注重表面文章的人決不是福氣。而復(fù)雜的簡(jiǎn)歷也容易引起用人單位的不耐煩。一家合資公司人事部負(fù)責(zé)人就說(shuō),自己企業(yè)每年都要招上百名新進(jìn)員工,如果每人遞上一本“厚書”,兩年也看不完。所以他們一般會(huì)用兩個(gè)小時(shí)的時(shí)間瀏覽所有的簡(jiǎn)歷,如果在前10秒鐘里未能發(fā)現(xiàn)任何有意義的成果表述,那么這份簡(jiǎn)歷就成為歷史了。
這些企業(yè)的招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)也許會(huì)給大學(xué)畢業(yè)生一些啟示。經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的求職者都知道,簡(jiǎn)歷要力求簡(jiǎn)單、簡(jiǎn)便、簡(jiǎn)而言之,有選擇地列舉一些量化的學(xué)習(xí)工作成效是有效突出個(gè)人最大成就、吸引注意力的最佳方法。而大學(xué)生因?yàn)槿狈﹂啔v、經(jīng)驗(yàn)、就業(yè)壓力日增等各方面緣故,在制作簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)誤入歧途,盲目求外而忽略了實(shí)在內(nèi)容。不過(guò),值得欣喜的是,在猴年才市中,我們已經(jīng)看到了這股簡(jiǎn)約之風(fēng),很多大學(xué)生不再將應(yīng)聘成本全部投注在簡(jiǎn)歷制作上,而更注重介紹個(gè)人的本學(xué)科外能力投資和短期工作歷練,這種經(jīng)驗(yàn)和學(xué)識(shí)的累積不但是自己可以享受終身的財(cái)富,更是簡(jiǎn)歷的實(shí)際“填充物”,一份內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)約實(shí)在的簡(jiǎn)歷即使沒有華麗的外表,也如沙堆里的珍珠一樣難掩光華。
