這份簡歷太花哨,封面上那么大個(gè)藝術(shù)照,不成個(gè)人寫真了?”“這幾份內(nèi)容差不多,千篇一律。”……南京航空航天大學(xué)外語學(xué)院最近布置了做個(gè)人求職簡歷的作業(yè),初步檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)交上來的簡歷有半數(shù)以上不合格,其中大部分是因?yàn)楹啔v太厚,突不出重點(diǎn)。
簡歷不合格,主要問題集中在內(nèi)容和格式上。記者隨手翻了一下同學(xué)們做的簡歷,發(fā)現(xiàn)一些同學(xué)把自己的中學(xué)經(jīng)歷都寫了進(jìn)去;社會(huì)實(shí)踐工作也是大到學(xué)生會(huì)、小到志愿者全都填上;而證書、獎(jiǎng)狀這塊則是簡歷中對比最鮮明的,有些人是一點(diǎn)都沒有,而有些優(yōu)秀學(xué)生的求職簡歷都附了厚厚一摞成績單、榮譽(yù)證書的復(fù)印件。記者簡單計(jì)算了一下,三年的“三好學(xué)生”、“獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”、“優(yōu)秀學(xué)生干部”等就幾乎要10頁紙了,再加上英語、計(jì)算機(jī)的證書,一份簡歷怎能不厚。擔(dān)任學(xué)院學(xué)生會(huì)干部的小許告訴記者:“我不知道怎么篩選這些。不放上去吧,感覺自己沒優(yōu)勢,全放上去吧,又說我這份簡歷沒特色。”
南航學(xué)生處副處長王奇峰表示,作為“敲門磚”的簡歷若做不好,往往會(huì)因此而喪失了一次機(jī)會(huì)。簡歷必須針對用人單位的招聘需求重點(diǎn)突出自己的優(yōu)勢。對于過多的證書獎(jiǎng)狀,要突出重點(diǎn)。比如英語四、六級證書,計(jì)算機(jī)二、三級證書都有,你就可以省去英語四級和計(jì)算機(jī)二級證書的復(fù)印件。每到招聘的時(shí)候,一個(gè)企業(yè),尤其是大企業(yè)會(huì)收到很多份簡歷,工作人員不可能每個(gè)都仔細(xì)研讀。據(jù)華為公司人力資源部負(fù)責(zé)人介紹,一般15秒讀一份簡歷。所以,簡歷避免太長,而且要把重要的信息放在前面,這樣的簡歷才會(huì)提高應(yīng)聘的命中率。
