　　5月4日下午，在山西省學(xué)生聯(lián)合會第十次代表大會舉辦“求知成才報國”主題論壇上，山西萬峻集團董事長張嶺對現(xiàn)場的大學(xué)生進行了一次模擬面試，同時，她對即將面對擇業(yè)的大學(xué)生提出自己的建議，在寫求職簡歷時，一定要實話實說，給用人單位一個真誠可信的感覺非常重要。

　　真的“精通”了么?

　　為了得到用人單位的親睞，很多大學(xué)生將籌碼放在了求職簡歷上，張鳳萊的打印店開在山西大學(xué)附近，她發(fā)現(xiàn)，很多學(xué)生都在簡歷上下很大的功夫，在打印簡歷時，肯定要寫已通過英語四、六級、國家計算機二級，精通PHOTOSHOP、3DMAX等等，而且，有很多學(xué)生都是拿著別人做好的證書來復(fù)印的。

　　北京華迪科技有限公司的鐘經(jīng)理說，他們在招聘時，看重的是求職簡歷中的畢業(yè)證、實際能力，對于提供的各種獲獎證書、推薦表和鑒定書只是作一個參考材料。他們會從應(yīng)聘者的言談舉止以及他們處理事件的細節(jié)中去判斷這個人的人品及能力。

　　他給記者舉例說，在他們接到的簡歷中，很多大學(xué)生在描述自我能力時，基本上是無所不通，有英語四級六級證，能熟練應(yīng)用計算機，會使用OFFICE、WORD、EX-CEL等軟件，可稍有點常識的人都知道，“WORD、EX-CEL”是“OFFICE家族”的兩個軟件，三者根本不能相提并論。

　　面對簡歷更看重能力

　　“簡歷重要，能力更重要。”鐘經(jīng)理說，大學(xué)生的簡歷只要把個人情況、特點、能力和專長用精煉的語言列出來即可。

　　在太原市人才市場，記者采訪時候發(fā)現(xiàn)，很多用人單位在招聘過程中，如果一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)簡歷有造假的現(xiàn)象，首先會對應(yīng)聘者的人品道德大打折扣。對此，太原市人才市場一位工作人員說，根據(jù)她的經(jīng)驗，大學(xué)生在寫求職簡歷時，一定要避免比較空洞的語言，最好用事實說話。如果求職學(xué)生在簡歷中寫有“組織能力強”、“善于溝通”等大家常用的概念性語言，往往不會引人注意，但如果具體描述出自己曾經(jīng)組織過哪些活動，在與人具體合作中是如何協(xié)調(diào)、溝通等內(nèi)容，就能得到面試官重視。
