  給自己找個(gè)“東家”,是大學(xué)畢業(yè)生目前最緊迫的任務(wù)。跑各種各樣的招聘會(huì),參加各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘,成了他們的“日常工作”。近日不斷有學(xué)生反映,“在網(wǎng)站上投了100多份簡(jiǎn)歷,連個(gè)面試的機(jī)會(huì)都沒有”,“網(wǎng)上投簡(jiǎn)歷 ,往往石沉大海,回音全無……”同學(xué)們不禁疑問:難道網(wǎng)上求職“塞車”了?

  現(xiàn)象:網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職如石沉大海

  近日,艾瑞咨詢公司進(jìn)行了一項(xiàng)2008年求職者找工作遇到的問題調(diào)查,調(diào)查了2592個(gè)求職者之后發(fā)現(xiàn),求職者反映求職中的最大問題是網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘的反饋率太低,達(dá)到62.8%,其次是超五成的人認(rèn)為招聘會(huì)太擠,投遞效率不高。認(rèn)為招聘會(huì)企業(yè)信息不透明的人也有50.2%,49.9%的人認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘新職位更新減少,還有45.9%的人認(rèn)為參加招聘會(huì)的企業(yè)越來越少,而且多為中小企業(yè),18.3%的人認(rèn)為招聘會(huì)門票太貴。

  “招聘會(huì)參加了很多,網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘會(huì)投遞的簡(jiǎn)歷更是不計(jì)其數(shù),但是我目前還沒有收到任何回復(fù)!”日前,在廣東省人才服務(wù)局的一場(chǎng)校園招聘會(huì)上,外貿(mào)專業(yè)的徐同學(xué)表示,投出去的簡(jiǎn)歷沒回音,讓人覺得很失落,“自己的簡(jiǎn)歷單位有沒有看過都不知道。”

  昨日,記者帶著疑問走訪了很多大四的學(xué)生,他們的答案與調(diào)查近似。“眼下正值求職旺季,但學(xué)校里的招聘會(huì)不多。”昨日,在位于廣州大學(xué)城內(nèi)的廣州大學(xué)校園,大四女生小梅告訴記者,從去年9月份到現(xiàn)在,她在求職網(wǎng)站投了100多份簡(jiǎn)歷,可是都石沉海底、音訊全無。

  不止小梅,記者在多所高校采訪時(shí)也發(fā)現(xiàn),近期的網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職似乎并不“通暢”。“班上多數(shù)同學(xué)都在網(wǎng)上投過簡(jiǎn)歷,有30%的同學(xué)投了50份以上,投100多份的也有不少,但目前為止沒有一個(gè)同學(xué)接到過面試的電話。”廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)中文系的一位女生如是說。

  原因:學(xué)生定位描述不清晰

  調(diào)查顯示,通過人才網(wǎng)站招聘的學(xué)生占總數(shù)的33.6%,通過校園招聘的占21.2%,通過報(bào)紙、雜志的占4.4%,通過社會(huì)招聘會(huì)的占16.4%,通過父母、親朋好友介紹的占13.4%,通過學(xué)校推薦的占4.5%,通過校內(nèi)網(wǎng)職位信息的占4.4%,其他的占2.1%。

  廣東高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心工作人員小李表示,這種現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)主要是由于大學(xué)生對(duì)于行業(yè)、崗位、技能分析和判斷描述得不清晰,針對(duì)性不強(qiáng),這樣的簡(jiǎn)歷在招聘單位人力資源管理人員篩選時(shí)很快就會(huì)流失掉。也就是說,大學(xué)生不用心寫簡(jiǎn)歷,是導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職機(jī)會(huì)流失的主要因素。

  “網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職不能直接見面,包括學(xué)生自身優(yōu)勢(shì)等很多東西都不能在簡(jiǎn)歷上體現(xiàn)出來,所以網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職的成功率不是特別高。”小李說。“學(xué)生投一百多份簡(jiǎn)歷無音訊的話,首先就應(yīng)該反思自己,”中山大學(xué)學(xué)生處的負(fù)責(zé)老師向筆者表示,“從我們學(xué)校來看,目前校園招聘成功所占比例最高。”

  專家: 網(wǎng)投簡(jiǎn)歷在“精”不在“多”

  “大學(xué)畢業(yè)生沒有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、所投簡(jiǎn)歷與職位要求的專業(yè)不對(duì)口,這些都是造成網(wǎng)投成功率較低的原因。” 大學(xué)生要有針對(duì)性地去投簡(jiǎn)歷,看看自己是善于研發(fā)、銷售還是攻關(guān)。此外網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職的簡(jiǎn)歷中工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)尤其重要,應(yīng)該明確敘述與應(yīng)聘職位有關(guān)的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。“找工作有多種形式,熟人推薦是比較有效的一種方式,應(yīng)該嘗試。不要太受自己專業(yè)的限制,要把選擇的范圍放得更廣一些。”

  “此外,大學(xué)生應(yīng)該仔細(xì)篩選適合自己想要的職位,降低求職底限、放寬求職范圍,并參加一些培訓(xùn)。”大學(xué)生應(yīng)該從大一、大二起就開始進(jìn)行就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備,比如到一些企業(yè)或單位去實(shí)習(xí),并接受相關(guān)輔導(dǎo),學(xué)會(huì)有效展示和提升自己。“對(duì)于有一定能力、實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及對(duì)行業(yè)分析比較透徹的學(xué)生來說,沒必要投那么多簡(jiǎn)歷。”
