現(xiàn)在亂投簡歷這一現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)逐漸好轉(zhuǎn),他認為,找自己符合的崗位要特別注意硬件條件,學(xué)歷和經(jīng)驗都要符合公司要求,而對一些細節(jié),如在大公司內(nèi)擔(dān)任管理職務(wù)等要求比較細的條件也不能忽視,以免做無用功。
不同人群側(cè)重點不同

細節(jié)反映態(tài)度,態(tài)度決定一切,一些不被注意的細節(jié)往往會直接斷送求職者的前程。趙復(fù)成說,有些簡歷連性別和聯(lián)系方式都沒有,這雖然是一些小的細節(jié),但反映了求職者的認真程度和做事情的專心程度。而一些錯字和病句,雖然不是很重要,但起碼在說明求職者不夠重視的同時,也反映其文字能力不是很強。楊小姐表示有的應(yīng)聘人員的簡歷對自己工作經(jīng)歷的時間編排無次序,反映了應(yīng)聘者在日常工作中的條理性較差和工作不夠細致。有的簡歷中時間上出現(xiàn)重復(fù)或交叉,這會讓人對簡歷的真實性持懷疑態(tài)度,這些都有可能直接導(dǎo)致簡歷無法通過“海選”。
另外,簡單明了的簡歷一般來說容易通過,能讓讀到它的人感覺清楚明了,不復(fù)雜不麻煩。趙復(fù)成認為一頁紙的簡歷是HR最希望看到的,而最多再加上“英文版”達到兩頁紙。

1、明確你要尋求的是不是這個職位。
只有你明白這個職位做什么,你要尋求這個職位才能突出你的經(jīng)歷。第一輪簡歷的篩選基本上是比較固定的。如果你不符合一些明確的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),只有1/3左右的公司會給予機會。
2、簡歷的格式和外表這重要性遠遠超過人們預(yù)料。
一份好的簡歷不僅有主題突出的經(jīng)歷,而且有特點的包裝和格式是吸引注用人單位人事經(jīng)理的主要方面之一。如果使用各種字體格式,如斜體、大寫、下劃線、首字突出、首行縮進或尖頭等等方式,有重點有節(jié)奏地表達思想。有些求職者以為另類的簡歷會讓人耳目一新,所以往往追求新、廳奇的特色。除非是你尋求的'職位有些別樣,最好是在簡潔、醒目上下功夫,不要過于花哨,否則適得其反。
3、盡可能只有一頁A4紙,最多不超過2頁。
A4紙是當(dāng)前大多數(shù)公司使用的文件紙張,具有一定親和力和正式感覺。千萬不要使用A4以下的紙張,除非你明確知道這個公司的文件是以A4以下如B5紙張為常用文件用紙,否則給人以小氣、寒酸和局促之感。1.4分鐘的時間充其量也只是人事經(jīng)理會掃視你的簡歷。一份優(yōu)秀的簡歷也就是在這一頁紙主題鮮明的表達給用人單位,用人單位的人事經(jīng)理也就是通過1.4分鐘,然后用幾秒鐘最多30鈔的第一影響決定是否給你下一個機會。因此寫得越多,并不代表出你的優(yōu)秀。
4、強調(diào)出你適合這個職位的成功經(jīng)驗和經(jīng)歷。
如果你應(yīng)聘的是一個行政人員,你最好不要過多地說你能做一個合格的銷售人員。如果你尋求的是一個具有決策影響力的職位,你不要用可能、也許這樣的詞匯出現(xiàn)在簡歷上,因為這樣只是讓人感到你不是一個果斷的人。針對不同的用人單位和不同職位,表現(xiàn)形式不同。比如外企更重視英語和學(xué)校名聲,中國公司看重專業(yè)和戶口。對于越是熱門的公司,其往往對在校成績更關(guān)注。實戰(zhàn)中,建議制作不同的簡歷來突出不同的要點。
5、基本的信息不一定全列出來。
基本信息是指你的姓名、性別、身體素質(zhì)、婚姻、戶口等個人信息和社會屬性內(nèi)容。如果用人單位沒有特別強調(diào)必須注明,建議你認為這個職位應(yīng)該列出的信息。而且你要學(xué)會分析用人單位注明的條件是不是一定。有很多用人單位礙于地方政府的要求,注明了求職者必須是本地戶口,或者必頎是本科以上學(xué)歷。其實你完全可以不理會這些要求,大膽去展示你的能力--勝利永遠屬于勇敢者!但是勇敢者要注重策略,對注明要求本地戶口的外地人才,在簡歷上不要注明戶口所在地。這并不是要你欺騙用人單位,只是沒有必要將你的劣勢沒有保留地表現(xiàn)出來。
