To improve tbe behavior of its citizens, the government of X City has teamed with local media to release lists of uncivilized behavion. The lists have photos and basic information of offenders e. g, drivers brealdng traffic rules have their license-plate nurabers listed along with the time and location of the infraction. This has attracted particular public attention.
Some welcome the policy, believing it will deter people ftom poor behavior They say it will force people to behave themscives, or they will risk being named and shamed in the media. However, critics have complained that the initiative is an abuse of administrative power and is irresponsible* Citizens should certainly be held responsible for misconduct, they say, but the government should also create an environment to help people exercise self-discipline.
Personatlyt I agree that citizens should be responsible for their improper behavior but governments also do have a responsibility to improve their management. Besides, according to laws, law enforcement departments are entitled to give the proper punishments to violators of public regulations. It is, however, groundless for these governmental organs to publicly disgrace the rule- brcakcis.

一、背誦必不可少
寫作的過程最后是一個輸出的過程，它跟同學(xué)們大腦的語料庫的積累，還有英文素材的積累和長期的修養(yǎng)是密不可分的。寫作就跟銀行存錢一樣，零存整取，一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)的存進(jìn)去，最后取出來的時候可以一大把一大把的取。如果我們平時背范文、背句子、背單詞、背語法、背句型、背結(jié)構(gòu)背得少，考前也沒有進(jìn)行練習(xí)的話，那考試中肯定會遇到很多的困難。所以這里建議大家去背誦考前背誦范文，背五篇左右是打底的，背到滾瓜爛熟，脫口而出。
挑代表性范文
考前應(yīng)該大范圍的進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備，而不是把題目押到一兩個上面。但是也不要求全部背誦，只要把里面的作文大部分進(jìn)行精讀和預(yù)覽就可以了，可以挑出代表題型，圖畫作文、英語作文、還有圖表作文以及提綱作文，至少每種各背一篇或者兩篇，加在一起背五到八篇的范文就可以了。

Currently，the frequent job-hopping of graduates has aroused wide concern among the public. Does anyone hold the same attitude toward this phenomenon? Definitely not. As to this issue, opinions vary from person to person.
Those who hold the opinion that job-hopping is beneficial to graduates claim that by doing so, the youngsters are more likely to (更有可能)have a better knowledge of （更了解）other fields and then to expand their horizons（開闊視野）. Moreover，changing jobs frequently offers workers a chance to move up to a better position（到更好的工作崗位）. However, others take a totally different view that job-hopping is detrimental to one’s career development. Nowadays, it is becoming commonplace that many college students pay by credit card while shopping. And advanced consumptions has become a fashion among youngsters.
There are many pros and cons about credit card used by college students. Some people are in favor of the credit card consumptions, pointing out the fact that it is a more convenient and safe way compared with the traditional way of paying by cash, which is easy to lose and not environmentally friendly. While others argue that college students are too young to use credit card rationally.
