　　1.應試者的儀表風度

　　儀表風度是指應試者的體態(tài)外貌、穿著舉止以及精神狀態(tài)等。其具體要求是：

　　1.穿著整齊、得體、無明顯失誤;

　　2.沉著、穩(wěn)重、大方;

　　3.走路、敲門、坐椅符合禮節(jié);

　　4.精力充沛;

　　5.口語文雅、禮貌。

　　對儀態(tài)風度的測定沒有專門的題目，而是由考官在整個面試過程中通過觀察給應試者一個評定，所以就要求應試者在整個面試過程中保持始終如一的儀態(tài)風度。由于在應試者進入考場后，考官首先看到的就是儀態(tài)風度，這就使考官在面試正式開始前就對應試者有了個最初的印象，而這個最初的印象將給考官留下很深的印象，并進而影響甚至控制著在正式面試中考官對應試者的評價。正如一位有經(jīng)驗的主考官所說，一個人能否被錄用往往在他步入考場的那一瞬間就決定了，雖然此話有些夸張儀態(tài)風度對面試的影響，但其重要由此也可見一斑。

　　2.應試者的智力結(jié)構(gòu)

　　所謂智力，是指人對客觀事物的認識和理解能力，智力的因素包括觀察能力、記憶能力、思維能力與想象能力。智力是人的各種能力的基礎(chǔ)。

　　(1)觀察能力觀察是一種有目的、有計劃、有意識、有選擇地感知客觀事物的過程，是人們大量積累材料、增加感認識的主動形式。觀察能力的評分要點是觀察的廣度，精確度和整體如何。

　　(2)記憶能力記憶里的評分要點是記憶的敏捷、持久、精確和準備。

　　(3)注意力注意力是各種心理活動必不可少的特。關(guān)于注意力的評分要點是注意的指向和集中、穩(wěn)定、廣闊、轉(zhuǎn)移。

　　(4)想象能力想象能力是人的一種特殊的思維活動，是人的創(chuàng)造才能的基礎(chǔ)。

　　(5)思維能力思維是人腦對客觀事物的間接概括反映，是人腦反映事物的高級形式，具有無限的廣闊、深刻、獨創(chuàng)和靈活，思維能力是智慧能結(jié)構(gòu)的核心因素。
