1、薪資問(wèn)題
Q:What are your salary expectations? 你期望的薪資是多少?
遇到這種敏感話題,如果不是很確定對(duì)方可以給到的范圍,可以先不急著明確回答。相反的,可以再多了解一下關(guān)于公司或應(yīng)聘崗位的信息,然后再做決定,比如:
A:I still have a few questions about my responsibilities.May I first ask you those questions before we discuss money?
關(guān)于工作職責(zé),我還有幾個(gè)問(wèn)題。在談薪水之前,我可以先請(qǐng)教一下您嗎?
2、處理上下級(jí)關(guān)系
Q:Do you speak up if your point of view differsfrom that of your superiors? 如果和上司的意見不一致,你會(huì)提出來(lái)嗎?
哇哦,很多面試者碰到這種問(wèn)題就開始冒冷汗了,回答“會(huì)提出”會(huì)讓對(duì)方覺得你太有主見,不好管理;回答“不提出”會(huì)讓對(duì)方覺得你唯唯諾諾,沒有自己的想法。這時(shí)你可以說(shuō)會(huì)先認(rèn)真思考上司的觀點(diǎn)是否真的可行,然后委婉提出自己的看法。如:
A:I'm not a yes person and I don't refrainfrom expressing my opinions,but I'm careful about how to express them. 我不是個(gè)唯唯諾諾的人,所以我不會(huì)刻意不發(fā)表意見,但是我會(huì)注意自己的措辭。
I want to make sure I understand their view correctly and how the person came to form that view. 首先我會(huì)確認(rèn)自己是否正確理解了對(duì)方的想法,是否了解對(duì)方為何會(huì)產(chǎn)生這樣的想法。
And if I still believe my opinion can make a contribution,I present it as a suggestion,not as a disagreement or criticism. 之后,如果仍然認(rèn)為自己的意見能有所貢獻(xiàn),我會(huì)以建議的方式說(shuō)明,而不是反對(duì)或批評(píng)別人的意見。
3、遇到的最**的事情
相信很多面試者都會(huì)遇到諸如“你遇到的.讓你最有成就感的事”、“最讓你沮喪的事”等“最**”的問(wèn)題,這種問(wèn)題最容易讓面試者頭痛,因?yàn)檫@種問(wèn)題范圍太大了,根本來(lái)不及準(zhǔn)備周全,更何況是要用英文表達(dá)。這時(shí)候我們就可以用一些固定的模板來(lái)發(fā)揮。
如:
Q:What is the most boring job you've everhad?How did you do at it?
你曾做過(guò)的最無(wú)聊的工作是什么?你是怎么對(duì)待的?
A:I don't really think I've ever had a boring job,but if I have to choose one,it would probably be the winter job I had at apost office when I was in high school.
我并不覺得過(guò)去有哪些工作很無(wú)聊,不過(guò),如果我必須選擇一個(gè)的話,那可能就是我高中寒假時(shí)在郵局的那份工作。
The job involved sorting New Year'spostcards for delivery for eight hours a day every day for about a month.工作內(nèi)容是投遞賀年卡前的分類工作,在大約一個(gè)月的時(shí)間里,每天都要工作八小時(shí)。
I got the knack immediately,so I had to make it more interesting and challenging for myself.The full-time worker who supervised me was impressed and said I was the fastest and also the most accurate.我很快就學(xué)會(huì)了分類的技巧,所以我必須讓這個(gè)工作變得更有趣,更有挑戰(zhàn)性才行。負(fù)責(zé)指導(dǎo)監(jiān)督我的郵局員工對(duì)此印象深刻,并且說(shuō)我是做得最快也最精確的。

第一環(huán)節(jié):面試整個(gè)過(guò)程中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的過(guò)程和處理,包括面試前、面試中、面試后、面試禮儀等。
第二環(huán)節(jié):各類場(chǎng)景面試過(guò)關(guān),特別是壓力面試,另外還有普遍性問(wèn)題、專業(yè)性問(wèn)題、英語(yǔ)問(wèn)題等。
第三環(huán)節(jié):偏題處理技巧:偏題是路健前段面試中的主要失敗原因,所以,是輔導(dǎo)重點(diǎn)。
面試遇到偏題,必然心中猶豫不決,不知道如何回答,想來(lái)想去,最后答錯(cuò)。其實(shí),偏題的出現(xiàn),是面試官在壓力面試時(shí),根據(jù)每個(gè)人情況不同,臨時(shí)提出的`問(wèn)題,只不過(guò)是事先沒有準(zhǔn)備而已;卮疬@類問(wèn)題時(shí),就一個(gè)原則:站在公司的角度、站在老板的角度去回答問(wèn)題,也就是說(shuō),讓你進(jìn)行一下?lián)Q位思考。只要你的立場(chǎng)是站在公司的角度,一般就問(wèn)題不大,起碼正確百分之八十了。
