　　基本命題

　　基本命題的設計是從mpa選拔的標準出發(fā)，設計出的用于挖掘考生背景材料和特征的問題。而挖掘背景材料最佳的方法是找出典型素材，典型素材又往往是和“最”字及學習、工作、生活中的轉(zhuǎn)折點等聯(lián)系最為密切，因此，基本的命題經(jīng)常涉及下面的問題：

　　和“最”字有關的，比如，你最大的成功/失敗/痛苦/幸福是什么?你記憶最深刻的一件事是什么?……對這樣的問題，大家可自己構(gòu)思一些，也可以從一些書中找一找，或采用“頭腦風暴法”請朋友們一起想，關鍵是掌握“最”字的規(guī)律。

　　為什么會出現(xiàn)定位命題呢?有三個原因，首先，mpa面試是一個高度動態(tài)的交互過程，在這個過程中面試官起著主導的作用，他們從總體上控制著面試 的節(jié)奏和進程，但面試的交互性使得面試官有時會自然地將問題集中在考生的隱含話題中;其次，定位說明了考生的成就、專長、個性等情況，面試官根據(jù)定位進行提問檢驗考生有更強的針對性;第三，根據(jù)定位進行提問，可使多數(shù)問題限制在一定的范圍內(nèi)，避免出現(xiàn)過多的生疏問題，影響面試的信度。

　　其他命題

　　其他命題是指不便歸類于基本命題和定位命題的問題，它包含的內(nèi)容廣泛而復雜。例如，社會經(jīng)濟生活中的熱點問題，主要集中在管理、道德、經(jīng)濟、文化等范圍，近幾年由于網(wǎng)絡經(jīng)濟和WTO成為焦點，有關這些方面的問題也很容易出現(xiàn)。平時應注意關注社會經(jīng)濟等方面的熱點問題，有選擇地對重要問題進行分析并形成分析、解決這些問題的方法。又如，壓力性測試問題，面試官可能提出諸如“你工作5年還毫無建樹，我怎么能相信你是優(yōu)秀的人才?”這樣令人沮喪的問題，以測驗考生的壓力反應。

　　其他命題并不是沒有規(guī)律可循，而是它太廣泛，不像前面兩類命題那樣僅通過歸結(jié)一定數(shù)量的問題就能命中相當?shù)目碱}。所以，在有限的時間內(nèi)，應將精力集中在對基本命題和定位命題的分析和把握上。
