　　【同面試官交談】A: Good morning, Mr. Green. Please have a seat. I received your resume last Monday and I would like to say I’m very impressed. 早上好，格林先生。請坐。我上周一收到了你的簡歷。應該說，它給我留下了很深的印象。

　　B: Thank you.謝謝。

　　A: May I asked why you are interested in working for us?我可以問一下，你為什么愿意到我們這兒來工作?

　　B: Your company has an impressive reputation. My uncle worked for your company for many years. 貴公司的信譽非常好。我叔叔在貴公司工作了多年。

　　A: Oh, did he?是嗎?

　　B: Yes, but he retired 5 years ago.是的。但是他5年前退休了。

　　A: Would you mind telling me a little bit about your present job?你可以談談你目前的工作情況嗎?

　　B: I’m a senior broker in a large company. I deal with clients on a daily basis, handling all aspects of their accounts personally. 我是一家大公司的資深經(jīng)紀人。我每天與客戶打交道，處理他們的一切事物。

　　A: Do you think you are the right candidate for this position?你認為你適合這個職位嗎?

　　B: Yes, I do think I am the right candidate for this position.是的。我這樣認為。

　　A: Why do you think you’re the right candidate for this position?你為什么這么認為呢?

　　B: Well, I have a lot of experience in this area. I have all the qualifications you need. I enjoy working with people. In my current job, I’m in charge of a team of eight people. 嗯，在這個方面，我有豐富的經(jīng)驗。我滿足貴公司的所有條件。我愿意與人合作交流。目前我負責管理的團隊有8個人。

　　A: Well, you might be the person we’ve been looking for. Do you have any question?: 嗯，你可能正是我們在找的人。你還有什么問題嗎?

　　B: Yes, if I were hired, when would you like me to start?如果我被雇傭，貴公司希望我什么時候開始上班?

　　A: At the end of this month.本月底?

　　B: And how many accounts would I handle?我需要管理多少個賬戶呢?

　　A: You’ll be supervising six brokers who manage a combined total of 310 accounts.你要管理6個經(jīng)紀人，共310個客戶賬戶。

　　B: What kind of benefit package do you offer?福利待遇怎樣呢?

　　A: Two weeks of paid vacation in your first year of employment. You’re also eligible for medical and dental insurance. And we offer a generous retirement plan after 10 years of service. Do you have any other questions? 被雇傭的第一年，有兩周的帶薪休假。我們提供醫(yī)療保險和牙醫(yī)保險。工作10年后，我們還有豐厚的養(yǎng)老計劃。你還有其它問題嗎?

　　B: No, not at the moment.暫時沒有了。

　　A: Well, I’ll have to discuss your application with my colleagues, and we’ll get back to you early next week. 我要與我的同事討論你的申請。下周初我們會給你答復。

　　B: Thanks. It was very nice to meet you.謝謝。很高興見到您。

　　A: it was nice to meet you, too. And thanks for coming in today.很高興見到你。謝謝你來。
