This question does not have to be as scary as it first may seem. As far as Short Term goals go, they should reflect your research and understanding of the position that you are applying for.

This is not as psychologically pressing a question as many believe it to be. Actually, for most people, it’s more difficult to name three positive qualities about oneself than it is negative qualities. The trick is to make your negative qualities sound like positive qualities in disguise, and to make your positive qualities those that can be applied in a variety of different situations, under varying circumstances.
