外貿(mào)業(yè)務員面試技巧和注意事項

　　你認為面試外貿(mào)業(yè)務員需要準備些什么?很多人都認為英語4、6級證書很重要，但是僅僅有張英文的文憑是很不夠的。英文文憑現(xiàn)在對于公司的招聘來說，就像現(xiàn)在的人事經(jīng)理觀察你穿戴是否整潔一樣，只是一個最基本的要求。

　　What should you prepare for having an interview for being a foreign trade salesman? Many people think certificates of CET-4 and CET-6 are quite important, but it is far not enough to only have a piece of English diploma. For company recruitment, English diploma is just like what the manager of HR dept. judges whether your dressing and wearing are tidy, it is just a basic requirement.

　　那么想在面試外貿(mào)業(yè)務員的時候能夠順利通過人事經(jīng)理挑剔的眼光，我們該怎么做呢?

　　Then what shall we do if we want to pass the critical interview the HR manager when having an interview for being foreign trade salesman?

　　1：守時。最好是約定時間提前15分鐘左右到面試公司。

　　Be punctual. It would be the best to arrive at the interviewing company in 15 minutes before the appointed time.

　　遲到肯定是不好的，而你提前一兩個小時跑去面試公司也是很不合適的一件事情，因為人事經(jīng)理有自己的工作需要處理，這樣的等待不會打動人事經(jīng)理的。

　　Being late is certainly not good, but it is also not a very suitable thing that you run to the interviewing company in one to two hours advance, because the HR manager has his own business to deal with, the waiting of 15 minutes will not disturb him.

　　2：面試前基本掌握一些要面試公司的相關的一些英文詞匯。

　　Basically get to know relevant English words of the interviewing company before being interviewed.

　　既然想在面試公司擔任外貿(mào)業(yè)務員的職位，那么就要基本掌握好面試公司的相關英文詞匯。如果基本的相關英語詞匯你沒有掌握好的話，要是人事經(jīng)理想讓你翻譯一段產(chǎn)品資料相關的東西，估計你會很難堪的。

　　Since you want to be a salesman in the interviewing company, some relevant English words of the interviewing company shall be basically got to know. If you do not grasp basically relevant English words, it might be more than embarrassing when the HR manager asks you to translate something about the product’s profile.

　　3：掌握電腦的基本技能。

　　Master basic computer skills.

　　Office一般來面試的會運用一點，但是Office里面的另一個與外貿(mào)聯(lián)系密切的郵件軟件OutLook卻經(jīng)常被忽略。聊天軟件一般MSN,QQ,Gtalk,雅虎通等，會QQ就都會使用。但是OUTLOOK并不是會使用webmail就可以使用的，你不但要明白一些基本的設置，而且還要弄清楚OutLook的數(shù)據(jù)備份等方法。

　　Usually those who come to interview knows something about Office, but Outlook, another software of mail inside Office and have close relationship with foreign trade, is usually getting ignored. Chatting software such as MSN, QQ, Gtalk, Yahoo Messenger and so on are generally known how to use as long as you know how to use QQ. But it dose not mean you know how to use OUTLOOK even you know how to use webmail. You should not only know some basic setting but also figure out methods of data backup of Outlook and so on.

　　4：掌握一些商務平臺的基本用法。

　　Master basic usage of some business platform.

　　現(xiàn)在的貿(mào)易公司很多都有在阿里巴巴，環(huán)球資源等商務平臺上進行業(yè)務。所以很多公司在面試的時候會問一些簡單的問題，比如你以前是否做過業(yè)務相關的事情，這時候你先坦白的說一下具體情況，然后順便提一下自己用過環(huán)球資源，自己更新資料的時候還因為沒有注意到產(chǎn)品圖片要求是360*360像素這樣的尺寸而浪費過時間。如果你能這么說，在人事經(jīng)理眼里你就不會顯的太"菜"了。

　　Nowadays, many foreign trade company have their business operated on platform like Alibaba, Global sources and so on. So many companies will ask some simple questions in interview, for example, have you ever done something about business? Then you can firstly say some specific situation to be honest, then mention some global sources that you have used by the way, and talk about that you had been wasting time because did not notice some measurement such as products picture requiring 360*360 pixel when you updated information. You will not be too unprofessional in the HR manager’s eyes if you talk in this way.

　　5：記住一些工具網(wǎng)站。

　　Remember some tool websites.

　　這些會在你工作上帶來方便的。

　　It will make your work more convenient.
