　　英語請(qǐng)假條的格式

　　請(qǐng)假條(written request for leave)是英語學(xué)習(xí)者必須掌握的常用應(yīng)用文之一，它包括請(qǐng)病假(note for sick leave)和請(qǐng)事假 (leave of absence)。請(qǐng)假條是用于向老師或上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等因身體狀況不好或因某事請(qǐng)求準(zhǔn)假的場(chǎng)合。

　　英文請(qǐng)假條寫作需注意三點(diǎn)：

　　1.英文中請(qǐng)假條的'寫法和漢語請(qǐng)假條相同， 它一般由四部分組成，即時(shí)間、稱呼、正文和簽名。

　　2.一般而言，可認(rèn)定請(qǐng)假條是一種簡單的書信文體。請(qǐng)假條一般寫在紙上，不用信封。其書寫格式與書信有很多相似之處，是書信的大大簡化。

　　3.請(qǐng)假條的特點(diǎn)是要求開門見山、內(nèi)容簡短、用詞通俗易懂。

He needs an interpreter for two days but cannot find the most reliable person， so he wants me to have a try. Personally ， I regard this as a golden opportunity to put what I have learned in your class into practice， but I need your permission of absence . If you think I may go and help him get over the difficulty， I am confident that I ll do a good job and both of us will grateful.
