外企最常問(wèn)的10大問(wèn)題
外企面試通常包括三輪:第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官;第二輪面試一般由用人部門(mén)的主管或經(jīng)理主持;如果有必要的話,應(yīng)聘者還要參加由公司高層管理者擔(dān)任主考官的第三輪面試。
在第一輪面試中,主考官一般會(huì)讓?xiě)?yīng)聘者用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行自我介紹,然后就應(yīng)聘者目前的工作、所應(yīng)聘的職位、應(yīng)聘者的職業(yè)規(guī)劃、薪水期望、個(gè)性特征等提問(wèn)。在第二輪面試中,主考官通常會(huì)就應(yīng)聘者的專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)能力、解決問(wèn)題能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神、時(shí)間管理能力、抗壓能力等方面提問(wèn)。在第三輪面試中,主考官一般會(huì)考察應(yīng)聘者對(duì)所應(yīng)聘公司的文化、政策、業(yè)務(wù)、發(fā)展前景等方面的了解情況。

1、簡(jiǎn)單提及應(yīng)聘者目前所在公司的缺陷,譬如缺乏晉升機(jī)會(huì)、沒(méi)有進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的空間等,但要注意點(diǎn)到為止。然后應(yīng)重點(diǎn)強(qiáng)調(diào)所應(yīng)聘公司的.優(yōu)勢(shì),如企業(yè)文化、規(guī)模、名譽(yù)、培訓(xùn)機(jī)會(huì)等。
2、強(qiáng)調(diào)所應(yīng)聘職位的優(yōu)勢(shì),如具有挑戰(zhàn)性和較大發(fā)展空間等。
3、強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)聘職位符合自己的興趣。
4、說(shuō)明自己能為所應(yīng)聘職位和公司做出有價(jià)值的貢獻(xiàn)。

應(yīng)答思路
對(duì)于職業(yè)規(guī)劃的問(wèn)題,應(yīng)聘者可以從以下兩方面來(lái)組織回答。
1、為自己設(shè)置一個(gè)目標(biāo)或規(guī)定一個(gè)發(fā)展方向。應(yīng)該注意的一點(diǎn)是:所設(shè)置的目標(biāo)一定是可以實(shí)現(xiàn)的,而非虛無(wú)縹緲的幻想。
2、以實(shí)例闡述自己將如何實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),如參加培訓(xùn)、向同事學(xué)習(xí)等。回答問(wèn)題時(shí)應(yīng)突出自己積極向上的心態(tài),并充分使用例證使自己的回答具有說(shuō)服力。

對(duì)于這一問(wèn)題,應(yīng)聘者一般應(yīng)采取盡量模糊的方式或避免回答。可以利用以下兩種回答來(lái)應(yīng)付主考官:“I’m aware of the range in the marketplace. I’m sure you’ll come up with a most appropriate offer that will be based on my background and ability.”“ I would expect some increase from my existing salary. I feel con dent that a company like yours wil come up with a good offer.”
如果主考官刨根問(wèn)底,應(yīng)聘者可以報(bào)一個(gè)大概的薪酬范圍,可以說(shuō):“I have looked at several sources of wage information. A position like this one typical y makes between $40,000 and $45,000 a year. Does that t in with your salary range?” 當(dāng)然,如果應(yīng)聘者確實(shí)具備優(yōu)勢(shì)的話,也可以通過(guò)反問(wèn)主考官,變被動(dòng)為主動(dòng),這時(shí)可以參考以下回答。
