  一、Personaldata(個(gè)人信息)

  地道的英文簡(jiǎn)歷一般只用寫上姓名、地址和聯(lián)系電話就可以了。至于性別、出生日期、籍貫、政治面貌、婚姻狀況等在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家被視為隱私的信息,就沒有必要寫在英文簡(jiǎn)歷中了。過于豐富的個(gè)人信息會(huì)使得英文簡(jiǎn)歷看上去跟“全國(guó)人口普查表”沒什么二樣。

  二、Jobobjective(求職目標(biāo))

  通常,一般的求職者只會(huì)在簡(jiǎn)歷里簡(jiǎn)單地寫上所應(yīng)聘的職位,例如:

  求職目標(biāo):合資企業(yè)英文秘書

  其實(shí),若能懂得利用這小小的空間寫出你更高的職業(yè)追求和理想,則能令招聘者對(duì)你加倍留意。下面這個(gè)就是個(gè)不錯(cuò)的例子:

  求職目標(biāo):從銷售做起,之后希望有機(jī)會(huì)晉級(jí)管理層,從而為公司的發(fā)展作出更大的貢獻(xiàn)。

  三、Education(教育背景)

  在寫教育背景時(shí),應(yīng)注意英文簡(jiǎn)歷中的時(shí)間排列順序與中文恰好相反,要求求職者從最高學(xué)歷寫起,至于低至何時(shí),雖無一定之規(guī),但教育背景一般只用涉及高中以上學(xué)歷即可。

  值得一提的是,已經(jīng)參加工作的人同剛剛畢業(yè)的學(xué)生相比,兩者在書寫教育背景時(shí)是不同的。前者因?yàn)橐压ぷ鞫嗄,雇主重點(diǎn)考慮的是其工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以學(xué)歷只是一個(gè)參考的因素,因而不必寫得那樣詳細(xì),只需注明就讀的校系名稱、始止時(shí)間和學(xué)位即可。

  而對(duì)于剛剛跨出校門,跨入社會(huì)的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生而言,由于幾乎沒有任何工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),因而教育背景對(duì)于他們來說顯得格外的重要。最好是在前者的基礎(chǔ)上,再簡(jiǎn)單地列舉一下主修的課程及成績(jī)。

  四、WorkExperience/WorkHistory(工作經(jīng)歷)

  同樣還是采用時(shí)間倒敘的方法,從眼前的工作寫起。但為了簡(jiǎn)潔,一些不重要的工作經(jīng)歷往往需要被省略,只留下同應(yīng)聘職位有關(guān)的經(jīng)歷。求職者除了要將所服務(wù)單位的名稱和自身的職位寫清楚,還需描述一下自身的工作內(nèi)容和職責(zé)。如果是專業(yè)的技術(shù)人員,就更需要在簡(jiǎn)歷中詳細(xì)地描述其專業(yè)技能和項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

  這一部分相對(duì)比較靈活。對(duì)于學(xué)生而言,可以是他們?cè)艿降谋碚茫玫降臉s譽(yù)稱號(hào),或贏得的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)等。但切記一定要避免那些“又紅又磚”的榮譽(yù)稱號(hào),什么“三好學(xué)生”(“ThreeGoods”student),什么“優(yōu)秀班干部”(ExcellentClassLeader),這些稱號(hào)即使寫在英文簡(jiǎn)歷里,老外也不一定明白是怎么一回事。
