上網(wǎng)下載一個(gè)簡歷模板然后跟著填寫，是現(xiàn)在很多求職者都會(huì)使用的方式。但是在使用這種方式的時(shí)候，也是要特別的注意。自己的個(gè)人介紹不要有很多，簡歷之中葉片突出自己的個(gè)人重點(diǎn)。始終都是要銘記一點(diǎn)，就是要讓招聘者在三十秒之內(nèi)就能夠?qū)δ惚救擞幸粋�(gè)基本的了解。而不是要?jiǎng)e人看你長篇大論。
招聘者也并沒有這個(gè)耐心，他們并不愿意花很長的時(shí)間去看一個(gè)人的簡歷。尤其是比較冗長而且非�？斩吹暮啔v，最好是能夠在一頁紙之內(nèi)就寫完自己的經(jīng)歷。如果是招聘者對于你以前的工作有興趣的話，自然是會(huì)在面試之中進(jìn)行比較詳細(xì)的詢問。并不需要你在簡歷上喋喋不休。
簡歷一定要突出自己的`重點(diǎn)，只要是說明自己以前做過什么，有什么成績就行了。而不是像個(gè)人自傳一樣。寫出自己到底有多么多么不容易拉來一個(gè)客戶。這些都是能夠用數(shù)據(jù)說明，以前工作的時(shí)候年銷售量是多少。這就已經(jīng)能夠說明自己的成就了，一個(gè)一個(gè)舉例說明并沒有任何意義。所以在填寫自己簡歷的時(shí)候，一定要能夠用比較簡潔的語言。
將很多內(nèi)容壓縮成數(shù)據(jù)，這樣已經(jīng)能夠讓招聘者明白你的意圖。而不要是自傳式文體。這樣是會(huì)讓自己的簡歷淹沒在眾多簡歷之中。使得自己很有可能連面試的機(jī)會(huì)都沒有。只有簡歷能夠獲得重視，才能夠讓自己在以后有更加好的工作機(jī)會(huì)。所以寫簡歷的時(shí)候一定要注意這點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。
