3.詳細(xì)解說(shuō)
1.“card”在這里表示“名片”,相當(dāng)于“business card”。另外,生活中常用的“卡”還有: identity card(身份證,亦可寫作ID card)。membership card(會(huì)員卡),bank card(銀行卡),credit card( 信用卡),debit card(借記卡),key card(鑰匙卡)等。
2.“extension”在本對(duì)話中的意思是“電話分機(jī),分機(jī)線”,例如:She has an extension in the kitchen and in the bedroom.(她在廚房和臥室里都有電話分機(jī)。)Do you know Mr. Brown's extension number?(你知道布朗先生的分機(jī)號(hào)碼嗎?)Can I have extension 316,please?(能請(qǐng)你幫我轉(zhuǎn)316分機(jī)嗎?)Hello,I'd like extension 207,please.(你好,請(qǐng)幫我轉(zhuǎn)207分機(jī)。)

接待禮儀
1.客人要找的負(fù)責(zé)人不在時(shí),要明確告訴對(duì)方你方負(fù)責(zé)人為何不在,以及何時(shí)回來(lái)。如有需要,則要請(qǐng)客人留下姓名、電話、地址等,以便聯(lián)系。此外,還要明確客人是否再來(lái),是否需要留言等。
2.客人到來(lái)時(shí),若你方負(fù)責(zé)人由于某種原因不能馬上接見(jiàn),要向客人說(shuō)明等待理由與等待時(shí)間,若客人愿意等待,則應(yīng)該向客人提供飲料、雜志等,并應(yīng)留意為客人添加或更換飲料。
3.為客人領(lǐng)路時(shí),應(yīng)該有正確的引導(dǎo)方法。

走在客人兩三步之前,配合其步調(diào),讓客人走在內(nèi)側(cè)。

當(dāng)引導(dǎo)客人上樓時(shí),應(yīng)該讓客人走在前面,自己走在后面;若是下樓時(shí),應(yīng)該由自己走在前面,客人走在后面。隨時(shí)注意客人的安全。

引導(dǎo)客人乘坐電梯時(shí),主動(dòng)按電梯呼梯按鈕。電梯門打開(kāi)時(shí),若客人不止一人,可自己先行進(jìn)入電梯,一手按住“開(kāi)門”按鈕,另一手按住電梯一側(cè)門,請(qǐng)客人們進(jìn)入電梯,之后關(guān)閉電梯門,按下客人要去的樓層按鈕。在電梯內(nèi)盡量側(cè)身面對(duì)客人。電梯到達(dá)時(shí),一手按住“開(kāi)門”按鈕,另一手做出請(qǐng)出的動(dòng)作,可以說(shuō) “Here we are, You first.”。
、軙(huì)客廳里的引導(dǎo)方法進(jìn)入會(huì)客廳后,用手指示,請(qǐng)客人坐下?吹娇腿俗ê螅拍苄悬c(diǎn)頭禮然后離開(kāi)。如果客人錯(cuò)坐下座,應(yīng)請(qǐng)客人改坐上座。
4.在招待客人飲料時(shí),要注意很多講究和規(guī)矩。通常先要問(wèn)客人想喝什么,然后再去準(zhǔn)備。
