　　A： We have made some adjustment on the prices. And this is renewed price list.

　　A:我們對價格作了調(diào)整，這是新的報價單。

　　B：Thank you for allowing us 3% reduction, but still we find your price is on the high side.

　　B:謝謝你們給3%的優(yōu)惠，但我們覺得價格仍然偏高。

　　A：This is our rock-bottom price, and we can't make any further reduction.

　　A:這是我們的最低價格了，不能再降了。

　　B:If so，we find It difficult for us to go on with our talks.

　　B:如果這樣,我們就難以談下去了。

　　A：Then what’s your counter-offer?

　　A:那么你方的還價是多少呢?

　　B：This is our counter-offer.

　　A:We are sincere to make business with you, but the difference between your counter-offer and our price is too great.

　　A：Yes. We regret we cannot maintain our original price. Since the prices of the raw materials have been raised, we have to adjust the price of our products accordingly.

　　B：l agree with you there, but your price is unreasonable.

　　B:這我同意，但是你們的價格是不合理的。

　　A：l don't think so. You must compare our price with that of other export houses. I'm sure our offer is in line with the prevailing market price level.

　　A:我不這么認為。你必須比較一下我們的價格和其他出口公司的`價格。我確信我們提出的價格符合市場價格。

　　B：l don't think we'll be able to pay the price. To have this business concluded, you need to lower your price at least by 3% .
