職場中員工應(yīng)看明白上司的三類肢體語言

　　Mostemployees pay attention to what the boss says, while the savvy employee alsopays attention to how it is being said. Here are some ways to help interpretthe boss' body language:

　　很多員工都會(huì)注意老板說的話，但是精明的員工會(huì)注意老板說話的方式。以下幾個(gè)方法可以幫助你理解老板的肢體語言：

　　Body Stance and Posture 身體姿態(tài)和姿勢

　　Positive良好的：

　　1)Physicallyon the same level (sitting or standing) 身體在同一水平線上(坐著或站著)

　　2)Directlyfaces you 直接面對(duì)你

　　3)Comesinto your office rather than just standing at the door 走進(jìn)你的辦公室而不是只站在門口

　　4)In agroup, sits or stands close to you 在一群人中，挨著你坐(站)

　　Negative不好的：

　　1)Doesnot face you directly 不直接面對(duì)你

　　2)Standsand looks down on you 站著俯視你

　　3)Placesboth hands on his hips to create a wingspan 把雙手放在臀部來擴(kuò)大空間

　　4)Ingroups, avoids you, sits with others, or does not introduce you 在一群人中，避開你，和其他坐在一起，或不介紹你。

　　Eyes, Head, and Face 眼睛、頭和臉

　　Positive良好的'

　　1)Looksyou directly in the eye 看著你的時(shí)候直視你的眼睛

　　2)Musclesaround the eye are relaxed 眼睛周圍的肌肉是放松的

　　3)Facialmuscles are relaxed. Lips are their normal size 面部肌肉是放松的，嘴唇張開也是正常大小

　　4)Pleasantface and friendly smile 快樂的笑臉和友善的笑容

　　Negative不好的：

　　1)Rapideye movement, does not look at you; has a cold, glaring, staring, orglazed-over look 眼睛不停的移動(dòng)，不直視你，即使看你也是冷冷的盯著你或帶著有色眼鏡看你

　　2)Blinksmore than normal 眨眼睛的次數(shù)比平常多

　　3)Raisesone eyebrow as if in disbelief or doubt 如果是對(duì)你不相信或懷疑的時(shí)候會(huì)挑眉

　　4)Smileis stiff and forced 微笑是僵硬的，而且是假笑。

　　Hands, Arms, and Gestures 手、胳膊和手勢

　　Positive良好的

　　1)Handsare in view, opened, calm 手在可視范圍之內(nèi)，平靜的張開著

　　2)Armsare open (but may be crossed in a comfortable position) 手臂張開(或許以一種讓人舒服的姿勢交叉著)

　　Negative不好的

　　1)Armsare tightly crossed (defensive or protective position) 緊抱雙臂(防御或保護(hù)的姿勢)

　　2)Drumshis or her fingers or fidgets nervously 不停地敲手指或坐立不安

　　Remember,sometimes body language is not about you. Bosses have their own issues and youmight just be in the line of fire. Observe many situations and look forconsistency for the full story。

　　記住，有時(shí)候身體語言并不是針對(duì)你的。老板們都有自己的事情，而你可能正好撞到了槍口上。多觀察觀察不同的情況，并找到其中的關(guān)聯(lián)性。
