You need to ask yourself if your company jibes with your life's goals and values. Does it require you to travel more than you'd like, given your chosen work-life balance? Does it offer enough upward mobility, given your level of ambition? There are no right or wrong answers to such questions — but they will give you a better sense of whether you are investing your time at the right or wrong company.
要問一問自己,公司“是不是和自己的人生目標和個人價值觀相一致。”公司是不是要求你長期出差,超出自己的限度?公司是不是給了自己機會實現(xiàn)工作和生活的平衡?公司是否提供了足夠的升職空間?滿足了自己的抱負?這些問題的答案沒有對錯,但是思考這些問題可以幫助你更清楚的認識到你是否將自己的'時間投放在了一家合適的公司。

A year is about how long it takes to find a new, better job. Try to look forward and think about where you'll most likely be in the organization 12 months from now. Also try to predict what work you'll be doing, whom you will be managing, and who will be managing you, they say. If that scenario strikes you with anything short of excitement, then you're spinning your wheels.
一年大約是找到一份新工作所花費的時間。朝前看,考慮自己從現(xiàn)在開始的一年里,自己希望成為什么樣的人。預(yù)測一下自己要做的工作,你要和什么樣的人共事,自己的老板是什么樣的。“如果這樣的預(yù)測最終無法讓你提起對這份工作的興趣,你就可以離職了。
You shouldn't necessarily up and quit at the first inkling of dissatisfaction, because at some point in your career, no matter where you work, you will have to endure difficult times, and even a deadly dull assignment, to survive a crisis or move up. But it makes little sense to stay at a company because of inertia. Unlock your door and get out.
你沒必要沖動,一有不滿意的地方就馬上就辭職,因為在職業(yè)生涯的某些時期,無論在哪里工作你都會遇上困難時期,甚至是邁不過去的坎,因此更需要在危機中求生以繼續(xù)前行。但是因為習(xí)慣而呆在同一個地方,沒有任何意義。敞開自己的門,走出去。
