即便是接一個(gè)普通的電話,也要用令人愉快的聲音,并且快速響應(yīng)對方!拿起電話的時(shí)后,你永遠(yuǎn)都要記得主動(dòng)問好,一句愉快的問候語往往讓溝通更為順暢。當(dāng)結(jié)束的電話時(shí)候,同樣不要忘記說聲"Thank you!"
