如何在接電話時(shí)讓對(duì)方慢點(diǎn)說(shuō)話

* Immediately ask the person to speak slowly.

* When taking note of a name or important information, repeat each piece of information as the person speaks.
* 記錄一個(gè)名字或者重要信息的.時(shí)候，打電話的人說(shuō)一句你就重復(fù)一句。
This is an especially effective tool. By repeating each important piece of information or each number or letter as the spell or give you a telephone number you automatically slow the speaker down.
這是一個(gè)很有效的策略。通過(guò)重復(fù)每一個(gè)重要的信息、每一個(gè)數(shù)字、每一個(gè)字母的時(shí)候都會(huì)讓說(shuō)話人的語(yǔ)速自動(dòng)放慢。
* Do not say you have understood if you have not. Ask the person to repeat until you have understood.
* 如果沒(méi)聽(tīng)懂就別說(shuō)你懂了。讓這個(gè)人重復(fù)一下直到你懂了。
Remember that the other person needs to make himself/herself understood and it is in his/her interest to make sure that you have understood. If you ask a person to explain more than twice they will usually slow down.

3. I beg you pardon? 能請(qǐng)你再說(shuō)一遍嗎?(此句有請(qǐng)求對(duì)方原諒及再說(shuō)一次的意思)
4. Could you repeat that, please? 能請(qǐng)你再說(shuō)一遍嗎?
5. Would you say that again? 你能再說(shuō)一遍嗎?
請(qǐng)對(duì)方說(shuō)慢點(diǎn)的說(shuō)法：
1. Would you speak more slowly? 你能再說(shuō)慢一點(diǎn)嗎?
2. Could you speak up a little? 你能在大聲一點(diǎn)嗎?(speak up 大聲說(shuō)=speak out)
3. Would you speak more clearly? 你能再說(shuō)清楚一點(diǎn)嗎?
4. Would you explain more for me? 可以為我解釋一遍嗎?
