1.安排會(huì)面必備第一句：我能和您約個(gè)時(shí)間見(jiàn)面嗎?
經(jīng)典表達(dá)：
May I have an appointment with you?
我能和您約個(gè)時(shí)間見(jiàn)面嗎?

Will you be available this afternoon?
Could we arrange the meeting on Tuesday afternoon?

2.安排會(huì)面必備第二句：您能給我安排一下和XXX會(huì)面的.時(shí)間嗎?
