外貿(mào)模具英語口語交流
1)、這套模具資料都清楚了嗎?
1、是的，這套模具資料很清楚了;
2、沒有，我還有些地方需要和你再確認一下;
3、現(xiàn)在，我們有基本的信息，例如：模穴數(shù)，產(chǎn)品材料，注塑機資料和模具材料等，但我們還沒有標準件的標準，澆口要求和產(chǎn)品表面要求。
1) Is everything clear on this mould? ( Anyquestion on this mould? )
--Yes, everything is clear.
--No, I need to confirm some questions with you.
--Now, we have the basic information, such as: cavity number, product material,moulding machine specifications and steel information etc. But we do not havethe standard of spare parts, gate requirements and the surface requirement ofthe part.
2)、這個產(chǎn)品有沒有問題?
1、沒有問題，客戶很專業(yè);
2、我檢查到了以下問題：
A.除了骨位以外，大部分都加了撥模角。它不會影響模具結(jié)構(gòu);
B.沒加撥模角。我沒有辦法確認產(chǎn)品的分型面和模具結(jié)構(gòu)。
2) Any question on this product?
--No. Our customer is very professional.
--I found the following problems after checking it:
A. The draft angle is almost added exceptfor some ribs. It will not affect the mould structure.
B. No draft angle on the part. We can notconfirm the parting line and the mould construction.
3)、模具有沒有薄鋼位?
1、有，這里就有薄鋼位, 模具強度會受影響;
2、我仔細檢查了產(chǎn)品的3D圖，沒有看到薄鋼位，我如果以后發(fā)現(xiàn)了，我會立即告訴你。
3) Are there any weak steel (thin steel)areas on the mould?
1. Yes, Here is weak steel. Mould strengthwill be effected.
2. I have checked 3D part drawingscarefully, no weak steel. I will let you know if I find it later.
4)、注塑后，產(chǎn)品會不會有縮水現(xiàn)象?
1、應當沒有，產(chǎn)品壁厚挺均勻的，產(chǎn)品可能會有輕微縮水;
2、這個產(chǎn)品設計的壁厚不均勻，特別是這些柱位和骨位太厚了，縮水痕很明顯。產(chǎn)品是外觀件，我們強烈建議客戶修改產(chǎn)品;
4) After injection, will there be any sinkmarks on the part?
1. Should not have. The wall thickness iseven. The part might have slight sink marks.
2. The part wall thickness is uneven,especially these ribs & bosses are too thick. The sink mark will be veryvisible. It is a cosmetic part. We strongly suggest customer to modify thepart.
5)、注塑后，產(chǎn)品會不會變形?
1、應當不會變形，產(chǎn)品挺簡單的;
2、很有可能會變形。產(chǎn)品又長又薄，很容易變形。需告訴訴客戶這事。
3、產(chǎn)品是平板件，很容易變形。我們需要找到一個合適的澆口位置;
5) Will there be any deformation on thepart?
1.No, the part is quite simple.
2.Possible. The part is very long and thin, very easy to be deformed ( warpage).Please inform customer about this.
3.The part is flat, easy to be deformed. We need to find a suitable gatelocation.
6)、產(chǎn)品前后模方向你是如何考慮的?
1、這很容易決定。外觀面前模出。它不會粘前模;
2、如果這邊前模出，產(chǎn)品有30%機會粘前模。我們需預留空間用于修改模。
3、我也是這么認為的。不過，我們需做一些圖片，與客戶確認;
6) How do you consider the direction ofcavity & core?
1. It is easy to decide that. The visiblesurface is cavity. It will not stick on the cavity side.
2. If this side is cavity, the part has a30% chance to stick to the cavity. We need to make extra room for futurechanges / modifications.
3. I think so. But we need to make somepictures and confirm with customer.
7)、你認為會不會粘行位或斜頂?
1、模具結(jié)構(gòu)挺簡單的，應當不會;
2、產(chǎn)品扣位處可能粘行位。我們需考慮行位上加頂針;
3、產(chǎn)品可能粘斜頂，所以我們需要考慮粘斜頂?shù)牟糠秩绾畏中汀?/p>
7) Do you foresee sticking slide or anglelifter?
1. No. The mould structure is simple.
2. The undercut area may stick slide. Wemay consider to add an ejector pin on the slide.
3. The part may stick on the angle lifter,so we need to consider the parting line for this area.
8)、這是不是按最新版本產(chǎn)品圖設計的?
1、是啊，沒錯。我們是是用最新版本產(chǎn)品圖來更新模圖的;
2、我不太確定，我得檢查一下，然后再告訴你，好嗎?
8) Is the design accordingly to the latestversion of the part drawing?
1. Yes. We revised the mould drawingaccordingly to the latest part drawing.
2. I am not sure. I will double check this(issue) and tell you later, ok?
9)、這(塑膠料)的縮水是不是正確?
1、是正確的，我查過了它的材料物性表;
2、不太肯定。這是客戶提供的。我會再查確認一下。
9) Is the shrinkage rate correct?
1. Yes, I have double checked the mouldingmaterial specification.
2. Not sure. It was provided by thecustomer. I will double check it.
10)、模具是否和啤機相匹配?TIE BAR間距是多少?
1、模具可以放得進客戶要求的啤機。法蘭也是匹配的;
2、我得檢查一下它的唧嘴大小，頂棍孔位置以及頂桿螺牙類型是否正確。
10) Does the mould have a good fit with themoulding machine? What is the tie bar distance?
1. Yes, it is no problem to put the mouldinto the specified moulding machine. The location ring has a good fit with themachine as well.
2. I need to double check the sprue radius,the location of the KO hole, and the thread type of ejector rod.
11)、模具能否全自動運行?
1、產(chǎn)品和流道都可以自動掉下來;
2、產(chǎn)品需機械手取出;
3、產(chǎn)品可能會掛在斜頂上，需考慮二次頂出。
11) Does the mould run fully automatic?
1. Yes, both the part and runner fall downfully automatically.
2. No, the part need to be taken out byrobot.
3. The part may hang on the angle lifter,so we need to consider two stage ejection.
