　　A:找想注冊我們的新產(chǎn)品，您知道該怎么辦嗎，李小姐?

　　B:您是指商標注冊的程序嗎?

　　A: I want to have my new product registered. Do you know what should do for this aftair.Miss Li"

　　A:是的。

　　B: You mean the procedure for trademark examination.don't you !

　　B：不太復雜，您可以和商標局聯(lián)系，商標局會寄給您標準的表格讓您填寫。

　　A: Yes.

　　A：聽起來很簡單。

　　B: lt's not complicated. You may contact the Trademark Office. They will send you standard forms for you to fill out.

　　B：是的，商標局對申請在先的`予以優(yōu)先。申請注冊的商標由商標局審查，初步審定后，予以公告。如果沒有正當?shù)漠愖h，就核準注冊發(fā)給商標注冊證。

　　B：商標注冊可以無限期，但生產(chǎn)商或注冊人應每25年申請辦理一次延續(xù)手續(xù)。

　　A:That's right.

　　A：這很公平，生產(chǎn)商闖出一個公認的名牌商標很不容易，他理應享有此等保護。

　　B:Trademark registration may be renewed continuously. But the producer or registrant should apply for the registration renewal every 25 years.

　　B：即使生產(chǎn)商忘記申請辦理商標的延展手續(xù)，也可依法享有5個月的寬限。

　　A:That' s fair. It is not easy for a producer to establish a well recognized trademark. He has reasons to enjoy such protection.

　　A:那太好了。

　　B:Even if the producer forgets to apply for registration renewal.the law grants a 5-month grace period.
