　　A: Professor Zhang. recentbt I am working on a paper abou immigration. I ran across some difficulties in my paper. Could you help me out?

　　A:張教授，最近我正在寫一篇關于入境的論文.現(xiàn)在我的論文遇到了一點麻煩，您能幫我決一下嗎?

　　B: Yes.sure, What is it? Just go ahead,l have told you that do no hesitate to turn to me whenever you are in trouble.

　　B：當然可以啊二是什么問題?盡管問吧二我不是跟你們說過嗎?無論什么時候遇到問題都一定要來找我.

　　A: Thank you so much. That's very kind of you. There is a chapter it my paper about the right of residency a foreigner has in anothe country. Could you give me some information about it ?

　　A:真的非常感謝您，您實在是太好了。我的論文當中有一章是關于外國入境者的.居留權問題，您能給我講講這方面的知識嗎?

　　B: No problem.ln accordance with the laws in the host country and relational international treaties or agreements, foreigners car obtain lona-term.short term or oermanent residency.

　　A:Amanng. Does it mean that any foreigner can obtain residency?

　　A:真是不可思議，這是不是說任何一個外國入境者都能獲得居留權?

　　B:當然有。外國人在居留期間的權利和義務由居住國的法律規(guī)定外圍人應遵守居住國的法律.

　　A:So.these are the obligations foreigners must obey,right?

　　A:那么這些就是外國人要遵守的規(guī)章制度了，對嗎?

　　B:Yes. And at the same time the host country is responsible for protecting the lawful rights and interests of them.

　　B.是的，不過與此同時，居住對外圍人的合法權益應予以保護。
