C: In fact, cargo insurance is a main item of our organization. We cover all kinds of risks for varies transportation, such as ocean, land and air.

C: The marine insurance include three basic policy forms and various kinds of special insurances.

C: There are too many to say, such as Risks of Leakage, Risks of Shortage in Weight, Risks of Breakage, Risks of Rust, Breakage of Packing, TPND and so on. The inclusion of these special risks will issue an additional premium.

H: I see. How do you figure out your premium rate?

C: They are fixed on the basis of the past statistical loss amount, as well as taking the international market premium rate into consideration. Our premium rates changes according to different risks, destinations, and routes.

C: Sure. After the goods have an accident, you should immediately apply for goods inspection to the relevant department. When the inspection is finished, the consignee will get a certificate of Loss or Damage, and then the consignee can file a claim to our company.
