　　邀請函是邀請親朋好友或知名人士、專家等參加某項活動時所發(fā)的請約性書信。它是現(xiàn)實生活中常用的一種日常應用寫作文種。邀請函的格式主要有四個部分，分別是標題、稱謂、正文、落款。

　　一、標題

　　由活動名稱和文種名組成，還可包括個性化的活動主題標語。如“XX公司年終客戶答謝會邀請函”�；顒又黝}標語可以體現(xiàn)舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。

　　二、稱謂

　　邀請函的稱謂使用“統(tǒng)稱”，并在統(tǒng)稱前加敬語。如，“尊敬的× × ×先生/女士”或“尊敬的× × ×總經理(局長)”。

　　三、正文

　　邀請函的正文是指商務禮儀活動主辦方正式告知被邀請方舉辦活動的緣由、目的、事項及要求，寫明活動的日程安排、時間、地點，并對被邀請方發(fā)出得體、誠摯的邀請。正文結尾一般要寫常用的邀請慣用語。如“敬請光臨”、“歡迎光臨”。

　　現(xiàn)代的社會是交際的社會，需要舉辦或參加各種國際或國內的會議以及宴會等，寫邀請信和請柬是一個人必備的素質。今天我們就來介紹中文請柬和英文請柬的格式，并在后面給出中文請柬和英文請柬的'范文！

　　由于邀請信是一種重要的社交書信，它包括正式和非正式兩種。正式的邀請信即請柬，它有固定的格式，一般用第三人稱書寫；非正式的邀請信格式不嚴格，使用第一人稱，稱呼也比較自由。

　　中文請柬和英文請柬、邀請函的格式

　　中文請柬和英文請柬有固定的格式和措辭，因此不能簡單地以單句為單位進行翻譯，而應從整個篇章的角度去把握，使譯文符合目的語的表達習慣。請看下面這則例子：
