　　7、中國出入境的操作流程及各環(huán)節(jié)注意事項。

　　答：1）、領隊應告訴客人遵守中國邊檢及海關規(guī)定，不得攜帶違禁品、管制品入境，也不得攜帶未經(jīng)檢疫的水果入境。2）、凡在《名單表》上的客人，需按《名單表》上的順序排對，依次到邊檢審檢護照，領隊將《名單表》交邊檢官審驗蓋章。3)、未上《名單表》的客人，自行持護照過關。4）、必要時填寫入境檢疫申明卡。

　　8、外國地區(qū)出入境操作流程及各環(huán)節(jié)注意事項。

　　1）到達旅游站或目的地后，辦理有關入境手續(xù)，通常稱為“過三關”即衛(wèi)生檢疫、證照查驗，海關檢查2）入境卡及申報單的表卡應事先填妥3）帶團出機場時，從入境邊檢開始，接著取行李至海關檢查，按順序辦理4）領隊如先于團員通過移民關卡，應回頭照顧團員，并請已過關的團員協(xié)助接取行李5）待全數(shù)入境后，經(jīng)檢查行李件數(shù)無誤。海關要求檢查時，請物主立刻開箱受檢，同時告誡團員切勿離隊。6）當海關檢查完畢即出關與當?shù)亟哟藛T聯(lián)絡，并將行李交其負責，然后帶團員等車清點人數(shù)。

　　11、領隊在境外安排住宿時應掌握哪里工作要點？

　　1）盡快辦理房間登記手續(xù)，記住每位團員的房間號，分房間鑰匙。了解飯店的內部設施（如電梯、餐廳、郵筒地、地下街等）的位置，并告訴團員。2）分鑰匙前宣布領隊、導游房號以及房間電話號碼，告訴集合時間和叫早、早餐、出發(fā)時間。3）進房間后，對國內重點客人應親自巡視或者電話詢問房間情況，協(xié)助解決有關問題，如有無飲用熱水，潔具等。
