However，with time going on ，the more I experienced， the clearer I realized that I'm really interested in the Enterprise Management .I find many enterprises have the problem of an unmatched management to its developing speed . I'm eager to learn more about management and I hope I can study further in this University.
So I resigned in August ， 2008 and started the way to pursuing my studies. After about half year's hard work， I'm finally standing before your honorable professors now. I'm really excited. Reasons for taking postgraduate exams：
First of all， I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens‘ thoughts. What’s more， modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters‘ refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.
Next， I love the feeling in the university. It is full of youthful spirit. And I am deeply attracted by the scholarly atmosphere. And the most important， it‘s my great honor to open my ears to your teaching.

[需要注意]
(1)進門時要表現(xiàn)得自然，不要緊張或慌張;
(2)面試時要始終面帶笑容，謙恭和氣。表現(xiàn)出開朗、大方、樂觀的精神狀態(tài);
(3)不要無緣無故皺眉頭或毫無表情;
(4)不要直盯對方，也不要以眼瞟人、漫不經(jīng)心，眼光宜落在主考人的鼻子上為佳，這樣既保持了接觸又避免了不禮貌的直盯;
(5)對方提問時，不要左顧右盼，否則主考人會誤認為你缺乏誠心和興趣;
(6)不要窺視主考人員的桌子、稿紙和筆記;
(7)面試順利時，不要喜出望外，拍手叫好; 從簡歷到簽約——校招求職全攻略求職準備簡歷網(wǎng)申筆試面試。
(8)作為應(yīng)試者，不僅要時時注意著主考人員在說什么，而且也要注意著主考人員的表情有哪些變化，以便能準確地把握住說話者的思想感情;

(10)在說話時切不可面露低聲下氣的表情，企圖以鄙薄自己來取悅于對方。這樣做只能降低自己的人格。只有抱不卑不亢的態(tài)度才能獲得對方的信任。
(11)研究生面試細節(jié)應(yīng)注意首先衣著簡潔，注意禮貌�，F(xiàn)在考研的絕大部分是80后或90后，然而參加面試的老師都是70、60年代或更早年代出生的人，兩者性格差異很大。因此，建議考生在參加復試時，穿著打扮一定含蓄、穩(wěn)重一些，不要過于張揚、暴露和前衛(wèi)，以免招致反感。
(12)復試時需要出示或上交一些手續(xù)，比如本科成績單、準考證等等，考生應(yīng)當認真閱讀復試通知，準備妥善。
(13)虛心誠實，切忌不懂裝懂。如果考生一時不能理解考官的問題，一定不要不懂裝懂地解釋�？脊偌热粏柫四莻�問題，表明他們已有自己的想法了，換句話說，考生靠蒙是不能過關(guān)的。這時，考生可以坦誠地告訴考官自己不知道。不過，這并不是最佳的`方法。最佳的方法是，考生在告訴考官不懂之后，嘗試著對問題進行自己的分析和理解，這樣老師會感覺，這個學生虛心誠實，善于思考。這些都是研究生面試細節(jié)注意事項。
(14)精神狀態(tài)：始終面帶笑容，謙恭和氣。表現(xiàn)出熱情、開朗、大方、樂觀的精神狀態(tài);輕松自然、鎮(zhèn)定自若;不卑不亢。
(15)舉止：坐姿或站姿要端正，一般以坐滿椅子的三分之二為宜;避免一些不必要的小動作。眼睛直視考官也許會讓你緊張，但是你的目光和他們的鼻子平齊會一方面顯示出自己的謙虛，一方面也展示了自己的自信。
(16)著裝：因為復試再夏天，男生不一定要西服筆挺，但要整潔，半休閑裝最好。女同學可以化點淡妝，合體的半休閑或職業(yè)裝為宜，切莫絲襪露腿，表現(xiàn)得不尊重，讓老師反感。把自己打扮精神一點不僅讓考官感覺舒適，也會提升自己的自信心，同時體現(xiàn)你對考官的尊重，對復試的重視。
(17)此外在談吐方面要表現(xiàn)在落落大方，說話不要結(jié)巴，聲音要洪亮，盡量不要使用”嗯、啊、哼、哈、呀、然后”等語氣助詞，回答問題要條理清晰。此外，回答問題時，應(yīng)該與導師有眼神上的交流，讓對方感受到尊重和被重視，這對你將來的成功會有很大的幫助�？傊佳械耐瑢W們在掌握了這些復試要領(lǐng)之后，再針對自己的專業(yè)和未來的研究方向做個簡單的研究計劃，對該學科的前沿知識有一個事先的了解，以應(yīng)對面試時導師提出的專業(yè)問題，基本上成功通過復試問題不大，相信自己，走向成功!
(18)站姿或坐姿舉止動作自然、大方、有條不紊，給人留下充滿自信的良好印象站姿要求做到頭正目平，面帶微笑，微收下頜，挺胸收腹，兩手自然下垂或疊放在身體前面，兩腿立直并攏，腳跟相靠，腳尖張開約60度，給人以挺拔、優(yōu)雅的印象。入座時動作要輕而緩，坐椅子時最好只坐2/3，背部不靠椅背，女生必須兩腿并攏，男生可稍微分開，雙手疊放或平放在大腿上，身體保持挺直并可稍稍前傾，自然放松，面帶微笑，給人端莊、大方的感覺。
[面試最忌]
(1)面試時遲到，而且稱自己遲到是因為別人指錯了方向。
(2)不修邊幅或者著裝不當。坐姿懶散，與主持面試的人不保持良好的目光接觸。
(3)說其他老師的壞話。
(4)回答沒有明確的焦點，說話沒有組織性，想到哪里說到哪里。
(5)直呼主持面試人的名字或?qū)⑺拿指沐e。
(6)問這樣的問題：”我怎么樣?您準備錄取我嗎?”或當別人問”你有任何問題嗎”的時候，回答”沒有”。
