  一、教學(xué)目標(biāo):

小學(xué)英語《Are You Ready for a Quiz》的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)

  通過故事的教學(xué),使學(xué)生對(duì)本單元的單詞、詞匯掌握得更扎實(shí)。

  通過多種方法和手段,為學(xué)生營造語言環(huán)境,使學(xué)生在模擬真實(shí)的情景中進(jìn)行交際,增加信息量激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,提高學(xué)生聽、說、讀、寫及知識(shí)自學(xué)的綜合能力。

  能在活動(dòng)中互相合作,體驗(yàn)合作的愉快,發(fā)展合作精神,培養(yǎng)自己的創(chuàng)造力與想象力。

  二、重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn):

  重點(diǎn):時(shí)態(tài)、本單元的詞匯

  難點(diǎn):時(shí)態(tài)的靈活應(yīng)用。

  四、教學(xué)過程:

  (一)Class opening and review

  1. Greeting.

  2. Sing a song

  通過這一步驟既可讓學(xué)生有一個(gè)適應(yīng)教師語言(包括語音、語速等)的過程,消除緊張氣氛,又可為進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展學(xué)習(xí)個(gè)人信息交流作好復(fù)習(xí)鋪墊。為了激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,引起注意,拉近師生距離,首先以歌曲的形式導(dǎo)入正課。

  (二)Revision

  1. T: Who can remember: What did Jenny Danny and the others do before Li Ming go home?

  Ss:學(xué)生根據(jù)本單元的學(xué)習(xí),回答老師提出的問題

  T: What did Li Ming do?

  Ss:學(xué)生根據(jù)本單元的學(xué)習(xí),回答老師提出的問題

  (在學(xué)生的回答中引出第31課小冊(cè)中的`問題,以舊引新,過渡自然。)

  2. T: Now let’s do a quiz.

  T: Play the audiotape. Smile for the right answer. Frown for the wrong answer. Don’t worry. It’s not hard!

  Ss:Listen and do.

  1) What does Jenny have in her hand? A flag.

  2) Can you name these foods? Cake, ice cream and sugar.

  3) How many cookies have letters? Every cookie has letters! I’m hungry now!

  4) Li Ming’s party begins at 4:00. Is Steven early or late? He’s late!

  5) How much are the socks? Fifteen dollars.

  鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生積極參與、大膽表達(dá),使學(xué)生在寬松、愉快的氛圍中學(xué)習(xí),在活動(dòng)中有成功的體驗(yàn)。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自信心,讓學(xué)生在參與活動(dòng)中學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)、學(xué)會(huì)合作。

  (三)Story

 。榱苏{(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,利用Work in pairs, ,in group等多種不同方式操練鞏固。使學(xué)生處于積極思維的狀態(tài)之中,全方位、多角度培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語的能力。讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行分組自由對(duì)話。這一步既是展示本節(jié)課的語言學(xué)習(xí)成果,也是一個(gè)口語方面的反饋矯正機(jī)會(huì)與過程。)

  1)Prepare to read:

  Here are some questions I can use to prepare the students for the story. Use as much English as possible, but allow the discussion to take place in Chinese where necessary.

  a.What is Danny making?

  b.What does his cake look like?

  c.What do the cookies look like?

  d.What is in Li Ming’s box?

  2)Read and discuss.

  Let’s do questions and answer. Let’s talk in groups.

  (Here are some questions I can use to reinforce the main idea of the story.)

  a.What did Danny put in his cake for a surprise?

  b.What did Danny forget to put in his cake?

  c.Was that a surprise?

  d.What did Mr. Wood’s class send to Li Ming?

  e.What did Li Ming find in his cake?

  f.Do you like this story? Why or why not?

  3) Answer the questions.

  pair/ group work是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí),增加交際氛圍,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生結(jié)合語境,促進(jìn)學(xué)生的實(shí)踐能力,為學(xué)生提供自主學(xué)習(xí)和相互交流的機(jī)會(huì)以及充分表現(xiàn)的空間。在活動(dòng)中注意創(chuàng)設(shè)各種合作學(xué)習(xí)的活動(dòng),促進(jìn)學(xué)生相互學(xué)習(xí),互相幫助,體驗(yàn)集體榮譽(yù)感和成就感,發(fā)展合作精神。
